While there is a nod to the 1950’s retro design, the general appeal is quite modern, open. light and inviting in building aesthetic.
Oddly, the restaurant is more visible from the road than the much larger motel behind it, the Mountain Creek Inn, also very charming.
If you’re staying at the inn, you have no excuse not to eat here, because the food is delicious, the service is professional and friendly and if you want to indulge, you’re only a short walk from your room.
Our server was Ada, and she was an excellent wait staffer.
Even if you’re not staying at the inn, if you’re passing through Pine Mountain, you’ll want to eat here for lunch or dinner.
Restrooms are clean.
What more can you ask for when you’re eating out?
Pictures show the restaurant in the morning before lunch.

$10 for two street size tacos.-4popcorn shrimp no sauce. Wings were all fried at once 110 sauce seem to be applied minutes after pulled. Lemon pepper taste plain and mild well it had sauce. 4.50 for fried a bit much.
Wait staff not once noticed management per manager after most of us cashed out.
First time and last time. Would not recommend. It was a party of 20 everyone unhappy.

A friend and I came in and had bloody Mary’s at lunch. Amanda made a great drink and she was very helpful. Judy the manager is also awesome. Will definitely be back

My good friend brought me to Pine Mountain to see Callaway recently and we stayed at the Mountain Creek Inn. Safe to say we had to check out Spirit of 52 for dinner and drinks. Great selection on beer and food. Customer service was great and quick. It was definitely convenient since we were staying at the inn where the restaurant is located but I would definitely recommend this place. A lot of tv screens to accommodate the sport loving fanatic as well as separate seating for both bar lovers and visiting families in case you and friends get a little loud. Would visit again.

Had the Spirit of 52 Cheesesteak. Super good. Finished my meal with the S’mores Platter. Fun and upbeat place with TVs for watching games.

A very enjoyable experience! From when you walk in to be seated, to your service throughout your meal, a pleasant and leisurely dining experience. Food is very tasty, and well prepared and presented. Our server was outstanding, friendly, but did not hover. Keep in mind, this place is located just off the lobby of the resort, so it’s got that typical “hotel restaurant and bar vibe,” and that’s alright. The experience well made up for it.

Great service. Philly was good. Fries are great. Wings had good flavor just too soft for us. We like our more crispy. Tea was good but 3.00 a glass. Burger was HUGE. Onion rings and nachos yummy.

I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was good but not any better than a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food should have been better for the price. The service was acceptable but not as good as I would have expected for ours being the only table she was servicing. It has more of a sports bar feel than a mountain cabin feel that I was expecting.

Good food! Sports bar not as big as selection on drinks as other reviews makes it sound and they don’t smoke their wings anymore but philly steak sandwich is huge and chicken tacos were delicious. Prices were reasonable, atmosphere was nice so we give it a 5!

Could be beautiful, but we were there on an off day when some of the power was out in the kitchen. The waitress forgot so it took over a half an hour to get served. The food was ok. I’m not a big fan of sports bars but it was especially annoying as the sound was loud–just some commentator rambling about Games gone by. The hamburger was good, and served just as we asked.
