Me and my family comes in to the Decatur location every weekend (Friday and Saturday mornings ) and it’s always between 10AM and 12Noon. There’s always two employees there until about 11:30 -12:00 and it’s always the same two. I think their names are Regina and Anayasha They’re always very helpful and the attitudes and energy is always lifted and beautiful ( and might i add .. funny ) . It is always just the two of them for a while before anyone comes in and they seem to always get every customer taken care of and make sure things are done in a timely fashion .i have witnessed this for a few weeks straight and have never seen anyone get upset or impatient. That is the type of gem work that is needed and appreciated. I am not sure if two people on a shift have always been a thing but those two young ladies have always made me and my family feel welcomed and i can’t wait to see them again this weekend! Thanks this has become my favorite location

If I could give zero stars I would ! This message is to formally document the extremely disrespectful and hostile treatment I received at your Jersey Mike’s location from an employee named India. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I was spoken to with attitude, treated as if I was a problem, and left feeling disrespected and angry.
Let me be very clear: this was not a misunderstanding or bad day. This was deliberate, unprofessional behavior that should never be tolerated from someone representing your business. No paying customer deserves to be treated the way I was.
Because of India’s conduct, I will never return to this location. More importantly, I am escalating this issue to Jersey Mike’s Corporate, along with detailed complaints and public reviews describing exactly how customers are treated here. I will also be warning others to avoid this location altogether.
If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will continue to pursue this through corporate channels and make my experience publicly known. One employee’s behavior has permanently damaged my view of this store, and I expect accountability.

The first girl that took my order was good. The music was to loud for them to hear my order so my sandwich was sloppily put together on the toppings portion. Not the greatest of experiences and I will not return to this location for sure. I’m debating on if I will ever return to the restaurant.

I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s all over this country. I often count on it for GF subs. I walked into this one tonight and immediately turned around and left.
It was disgusting looking. The area where sandwiches were made (visible to the customer) was a hot mess. Then the case where they store the big hunks of meat was worse. Stuff thrown in there tubs of stuff etc. NOTHING like every other JM’s I’ve been to.
If this is what it looks like to the customer, I can’t imagine what the back prep area is.

Extremely unsanitary experience. I observed a roach in the food prep area, and one of the employees was grinding on the counter near where food is prepared. The sandwich prep area was visibly dirty, and the employee uniforms looked unclean.
I asked the manager on duty how often the prep area is cleaned. She ignored my question, and when I asked for her name, she walked away. She was short, dark-skinned, with braids, and had an AirPod in her ear while on the floor.
There was also a puddle near the drink station, creating another sanitation and safety concern. This location was very dirty, and I will be contacting the health department. This was unacceptable for Jersey Mike’s Subs.

Slowest jersey mikes I have ever been to. I have ordered several times ahead of time and it’s always the same. Consistently 45 minutes or more.

The workers at this location was rude and ignored the customers when they was telling them what they wanted on their sandwiches, especially the girl who was adding the veggies to the subs. I told her I wanted extra pepper relish and she just ignored me. Then the guy at the register just rung up my order and basically walked off. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Funny how I had been going to this location for years now all of a sudden I come today after being away maybe a month or 2 and I see different faces. Along with different faces came difference in service. Much smaller portions now. Seems food is bland now. No more welcoming you into the store like they used to. I dont know if management changed but im not of fan of the “new crew.” We pay entirely too much for giant subs for them to dramatically lessen the portion of meat on the sub but the price is still the same. Not a good look.

Woke up in the middle of the night feeling a stomach bug from dinner earlier. Continued till the next day.
I’m wondering how they store the food with refrigerated temps and or sanitation.
The staff weren’t friendly or communicated much during the pickup for take-out. All around unfortunate.
