First and last time eating there. Ordered online, steak and avocado from their health menu. Charged more for a 6 inch than I would normally pay but i thought it would be worth to have a steak and avocado sandwich. There is a fee strands of steak and no avocado even when it is listed on the receipt.

My wife and I were sitting outside the store for 25 min before we knew we could go in because the open sign was not on we only knew we could go in because another costumer had left the building with food the had no signs up to say they where open or closed

EXCELLENT Customer Experience!
Went in for takeout and the young lady ALONE at the counter was the epitome of SERVICE.
It was non-stop customers coming-in and though it was no less than 4 customers in line, she was greeting, welcoming, order-taking, doing the orders, cashiering AND doing all those with great service and smile!
I wasn’t too happy at first that Subway was the nearest and most convenient food if one is on “time watch” doing one’s civic duty, but, after such great experience, lunch was just much more satisfying!

Random review, but I stopped in seeking assistance as I was in a terrible position. The gentleman working was beyond amazing. Nowadays people are less than willing to be helpful but this dude was full of good, trustworthy & literally saved me that night. I did place a small order but he deserves praise. I believe he was shift manager or manager? Either way, you’re a rock star dude. I wish I knew your name so I could really put you on blast.

Went in as we were leaving Pridefest, bought a drink so my daughter could use the restroom. After we were rung up the young guy serving us said the restrooms were closed and said they are closing too. Mmmm Okay. The sign at the door said specifically for Pridefest, Sunday June 29th open until 6:00 PM. Another sign said bathrooms were for customers only. It was 5PM and we were customers.

Ordered new nacho steak with 2x everything it says. Almost no steak. And steak was cold. I went to counter and said steak was cold. And I didn’t think 15 bucks was worth it. Told me to give him my sandwich and dispute with my bank. Neither workers looked like they should be around food.

Dude Michael needs a raise that guy kept his cool with all the craziness that was going on we needed 6 sandwiches and then a bunch of people came in and had attitude and he was calm cool and collected he made our sandwiches just right so yeah I give this guy props and we will be back soon

I worked around the corner and I was always swamped with work. Eventually, I would take a few minutes to run to the corner and grab a sandwich. Not one time, not ONE time, was I ever forced to go somewhere else, or huff and puff and check my watch obsessively. I walked in the door, they greeted me, they made my sandwich within 1 minute of my arrival, and I was back out the door within 6-10 min tops. Plus, they are fun and easy going employees and I appreciate that.
I say four stars in atmosphere only due to the location, which can be a little nutty at times. You’ll have the occasional transient causing a problem or screaming out front of the store on the streets, but that’s life. Plus, I saw an employee handle that right away one time. Walked outside, asked them to move up the street and away from the door, and kept it low key. The guy did as asked and that was that. No big deal.
Store was clean and I’m sorry I’m not there as often but it is only because I don’t work downtown any longer.

I’ve been to a million Subway locations but the employee here Johnny really makes this location stand out! You can tell he cares about the store and his job. Love that he recommends stuff like… “You want parmesan on your sub?” YES I DO, ARE YOU READING MY MIND?!
Seriously though. Johnny is a great example of an employee that can make a location stand out. Great job, will be back and will bring folks from work over to eat here!
