We had a lovely dinner here. As a vegetarian I was happy to find good vegetarian dishes. The location is nice, quiet with the sea in sight. The service was fast and friendly. My boyfriend had a fish starter and meat main dish and both were really nice. The vegetarian starter and main were both good too with fresh, complementary flavours. Some minor points: there was no drink menu available besides the wine menu (that only had wine per bottle, not great if you still have to drive). Most ‘expensive’ dinner we’ve had in La Palma, but still affordable in comparison to what we would have paid in Amsterdam.

We Highly recommend! What a beautiful dinner! The wine list has all local winery’s and is superbly created to match any of the dishes. We loved our 2 starters: 1- Cucumber yogurt with dill and 2- beef wasabi and our main courses were absolutely delicious too: 1- mushroom, cauliflower with asparagus and 2- the lamb with parsnip and savoy cabbage. We loved it! thank you chef!

It was underwelming and a bit pricy for what we got. I had the Iberian pork with wasabi and carrots. There were 2 pieces of meat which had clearly not rested since they were still bleading the carrots were undercooked and the wasabi was nowhere to be found. It looked nice but that was about it. For the plate I had to pay 19,50
The entire manu was 3 starters 3 mains and 1 dessert when we were there the restaurant was full but then again there were only 15 guests so about. 7 tables… I would not recommend going here!
I have to lower my score even further since my dad got sick after eating here, definitely don’t go here is my advice.

The chef has some interesting ideas and a presentation style that’s unique for local restaurants, but there’s a big issue with flavor balance. For example, they added an insanely spicy pepper to a salad with feta, warm watermelon, and avocado but didn’t mention it. Or the fish came with an overly salty sauce while the side dish was under-seasoned. And charging 10 euros in Spain for three pieces of bread and two flatbreads is a bit much—that might fly in Germany, but it doesn’t work here

The food at Re-Belle is like a symphony of tastes. The precion of the tastes combination lead you in a great experience. This is a rare restaurant to find in Europe and spacially a tastes experience that you would not expect in La Palma. Re-Belle is clearly the fine dining experience of the island and not only. And to make it really special the warmth of the people that welcome you there is what makes the experience wonderful.

Excellent service and food with amazing flavours. This restaurant has a limited menu which frequently changes. The amount of food is just right for finer cuisine. When you want a big filling meal this might not be for you. We reserved a place for next week again. That probably says enough.
