Ordered my drink on my way to the store got there no one working so had to wait on an employee. A line had formed. The employee walked up said I’m on break and walked off again. I can’t cancel my online order so I had to wait for 20 mins to get a drink. I guess don’t order ahead ever at this location unless you want to risk a 30 minute wait. And beware this milk was sitting on the counter the entire time.

The Starbucks in Lancaster Ohio and the Bexley Market Place Starbucks inside the Giant Eagle grocery store are always super great. I use to go to the Canal Winchester ohio store but then an incident happened that was a terrible experience all because of a past employee named Janet (who since is no longer there). I didn’t go back again for years. After she was gone… I tried that store again. They constantly got my drink wrong. The last time my husband took my drink back and asked them to remake it. The same girl (always tried to sound like she was British- which she wasn’t) was very rude. Told him well I must have changed what I usually got… which I had not. And preceded to be rude. That was another strike against that store. We live very close to that store but we will never go back there. I will be going to the one in Lancaster or Bexley where customers are appreciated .

Every visit to this Starbucks in Lancaster is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get orders just right. The store is clean, cozy, and a perfect spot to grab a coffee or get a little work done. My drink is consistently made perfectly, and the baristas go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Definitely my favorite coffee stop in town!

Update: I got an automated response from Starbucks. Basically useless “contact us at link”. Yeah I had a bad time so you’re going to give me a chore. Just go across the street to 7brew. You’ll wait a little while, but at least the people are friendly and have a sense of urgency.
I walked into the empty store with an empty drive through to see three employees making a drink and milling around. I stood at the register for what seemed like an eternity with no acknowledgement of my presence. After quietly waiting a while longer to absolute silence I just walked out the door. Absolutely unbelievably terrible service.

Literally can’t say enough good things about this location. The staff there is top-notch. They’re ALWAYS friendly regardless of how busy it is and they take the time to get to know you and your order. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks stores and this one will always be my favorite.

This review is for Olive Garden…. Not sure why it’s tagged for Starbucks…. I love this place! Great berry sangria, the chicken and zucchini were perfect. My husband liked his shrimp and chicken pasta. The trivia is fun and we even won a few games! We had Cira for our server. She was very attentive and friendly.
