I have been here NUMEROUS times. It’s my friend and I’s favorite place to go! As usual the drinks were ✨ chef’s kiss ✨ and the experience was unmatched. Vibes completely immaculate, music choice was impeccable, and overall 11/10. My friend and I who are frequent patrons were so excited to take our three friends and hyping the place up and it was not a disappointment in the slightest. Our night surpassed all expectations we set for them! Derek was an absolute riot in the best way and made our night fun and memorable! He was exactly what the table needed & wanted & we are so appreciative. A huge THANK YOU for making my birthday feel great!

Fantastic sophisticated and genial spot. Great for a fun evening with friends or a cute date night. The drinks are incredible and the staff professional and very warm. I recommend the smoky old fashioned for a refreshing take on the classic.

We went for happy hour on a Sunday and absolutely fell in love with the place. Such a beautiful place with comfy seats and nice people. And the drinks are AMAZING. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing time and wonderful vibes.

Love the new drink and food menu! It was difficult to choose a drink because the options are amazing, and even better was the all day happy hour pricing on the patio. The DJ was a nice touch too. I highly recommend.

First off this review is not geared towards our server. Meg (if I remember correctly) she was absolutely fantastic. She gave great honest recommendations, was patient, kind, and attentive. She was truly amazing and a rare find these days. We came here and ordered many drinks and several food items. Towards the end of our stay the manager was hounding the server when we were leaving. We could tell she stated that we were still ordering more drinks and food. Bald manager guy seemed very annoyed by us being there. So 2/3 of us leave and I waited for my husband to come get me. I sat in an empty lounge seat (moved from our table so it would open up for others) and no one was waiting to sit in these chairs. I then reopened a tab with Meg and she was again, giving me recommendations. Our table sat empty and so did the lounge chairs. No one was waiting to be seated. The manager then comes right in the middle of me ordering and says to the sever “that table over there needs more horchata martinis”. I am not one to have whitty and quick words but as a former server and business owner I was appalled. It was busy, Meg was doing great. In the service industry the manager is there to help the staff. He could have taken their order to SUPPORT his staff. Instead he was so rude to the server and even more rude to myself as a guest. I did ask to speak to him in private and he explained that he didn’t think I was spending more money there, so the other customers were a priority over me. (I could not believe his statement) I said….. I just spent $150 and now that my visit was assumed to be done… I’m worthless now? He said, Meg said you were waiting on your husband and those other people are still being served. I said “Meg was giving me recommendations for a new drink while I wait” I explained I even moved table since I’ve been a server and I know what open tables mean and their value. He continued to argue with me and then said “we don’t allow standing customers” at that point I was so appalled at his behavior and treatment towards me. Idk if it’s because I’m not the typical white blonde that comes in that maybe assumptions are being made about my worthiness. The vibes and drinks were so beautiful. Meg was outstanding. I will never be back to this establishment simply based off the manager. I’ve also added a picture of the empty booth that sat open while I waited for my ride and ordered more drinks.

4.5/5 – Super solid spot! I love the interior and decor. The drinks were great, but a bit expensive if they are outside of the classics or happy hour menu. Food is great and worth the price. I would definitely come back and try the food and maybe stick to more classic cocktails. Happy hour goes to 6:30 even on Saturdays so its a fantastic deal

The cocktails were phenomenal. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation for four, we were sat at lounge seating meant for two, two-person seats, making it very difficult to communicate with our entire party. There were multiple four-tops we could have moved to, and we did inquire, but were told that was not allowed. Our server Rob/Rick was not accountable to help facilitate a better experience for us, knowing we weren’t happy with the seating. We also came in for restaurant week—for which Family Jones has a menu listed—but we were told they “weren’t doing that.” Miscommunication with these types of promotions happens, but the way the information was relayed left a lot to be desired. Overall, the drinks were good. Service was terrible.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The cocktails were very underwhelming and the mocktails were lackluster. The margarita was not fun at all, lacked flavor and balance. The “horchata” tasted like plain milk with a pinch of cinnamon. The mocktails tasted like nasty tap water with cucumber. We even added alcohol to the mocktails and they were still “ehhh” at best. On top of that, there wasn’t even a garnish on any of the drinks, which made them feel unfinished and low effort. Definitely expected better presentation and flavor for the price. Especially from a COCKTAIL place.

Derek was an absolutely amazing host. This was our first time to the family jones spirit house and I would say he made an instrumental difference to our experience. He was so fun and attentive to our service needs. We loved the drinks and atmosphere and will certainly be back!
