I was excited to try this place but was ultimately disappointed. The food was pretty bland overall. The burritos especially were not very good. I would not recommend anything except the tacos, which were good, but kinda pricey. Even the salsas were bland. The red one tasted like watered-down canned chipotle sauce. Also, I tried ordering online but it wouldn’t go through, so I had to order over the phone. Not only did they mess up the order, but it cost 50% more than the online price. That’s crazy. Probably won’t be back.

Rolled into Taqueria Mi Pueblo near Gage Park and had a solid feed. Grabbed 3 tacos (al pastor, asada & pollo), a horchata, and a churro – ran me about $23 before tip. Tacos were legit – fresh tortillas and decent salsas, though the seating area’s a bit tight. Staff was friendly and the horchata hit the spot. Would definitely swing back, just wish the space was roomier.
