I’m shocked by the owners feedback to my review. Not once did I ask for a refund or want any kind of replacement. How can the owner put the blame on DoorDash? DoorDash did not cook the food and DoorDash did not sauce or prepare the food. So DoorDash does not need to process anything! All they did was deliver the food. If the owners can’t see their own wrong doing and take responsibility then I most definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again! I am just an honest person who ordered food and gave my honest response to how I felt about the food.
The first time we ordered from here the wings were amazing. Wish I could say the same for the second time. We ordered the 32 bone-in wings with fries. We got Buffalo, lemon pepper and honey Sriracha. The lemon pepper was super duper dry. Nobody cared for them. The honey sriracha was seriously lacking sauce. The Buffalo was the only one with adequate amount of sauce. All 32 wings were dry and over cooked. Real bummer. The first time made me want to order again because they were so good but now with the second order being pretty bad…. It’ll be awhile before I order from here again. I ordered with Doordash.

ordered off of uber eats, wings had little to no sauce on them whatsoever!! this will be my first and last time ever getting anything to eat from there. i am very disappointed i spent money for garbage. the only thing that was really worth something was the fries. they were good!!! i literally had to put hot sauce on my wings to get some flavor.

We tried these wings for the first time and we were very disappointed. The wings were big and rubbery and you could not tell the difference between the garlic parmesan and buffalo because there was very little sauce on them. Also, the fries were cold and soggy. I will not eat there again. However, if you want to experience it for yourself, I would recommend getting them extra crispy and wet.

Absolutely the worst food ever. Ordered two different sauce styles wings, whole order was only one sauce. Ordered only blue cheese and extra, all were watered down ranch. Breading was half falling off the poorly breaded wings. First and last time ever for getting food from here, and even worse it’s from a chili’s kitchen, which leads me to believe it’s their nasty food.

Ordered from Uber eats, the portion size of the fries was great, and I very much enjoyed both my Ranch dry and the Cajun rub. The fry sauce was definitely the highlight. Reasoning for not getting 5 stars is the actual ranch sauce was very weak and unflavorful and while the garlic Parm sauce was very good, it was WAY too salty. Over all, I will definitely be getting more food from here to try some of the other varieties offered.

Wow!! Ordered on DoorDash. I thought $8 for a combo of wings with CURLY FRIES? No way. I was shocked! The wings were packed!! Great flavor of sauces, the wings were cooked to perfection and the curly fries are delicious. Will order again!

First of all, it was a $50+ order 3 hours before closing time of ijw/the chilis it’s in. The delivery times were around 7:27 to 8:11, and at 8:10 I checked the map of delivery and it said at the restaurant and we had a driver named brandon, but that it was going to be late (8:24). (keep in mind this is our dinner and we had been waiting for almost an hour). After another 20 mins of waiting (around 8:30) i check the delivery and it said “delivery was modified or cancelled” obviously i was dumbfounded, and checked my msgs at which i saw a msg “order was cancelled or modified, please directly reach out for more info”. We called ijw and the restaurant and got NO ANSWER (we called probably 3 times each) so we ended up driving there (about 15 mins) just to see they closed early (no stated reason). We are so disappointed with the “customer service” and wouldn’t order again- still don’t know how we’re gonna get a refund.

The worst wings I’ve ever been served. I ordered the boneless BBQ combo. The Curley fries were average but the wings were hard and mostly batter. Very little chicken. Find another place for wings!!!
