First off. Let me just start by saying Heidi the owner is the sweetest person in the world! It’s probably why her sweets are so dang good! She made our wedding cake and sweets and Heidi has been the easiest vendor we had and was just ON IT! My coordinator never had an issue with communication or anything with her, she went above and beyond with our sweets. It was so good, all our guests ate every little bite!!! (I’m thankful she set aside some sweets for us or else we wouldn’t have had any ourselves, and she made enough for more than our guest count!!) 100/10 baker. She is quite literally the best ever. She’s a one woman show, but my god is she a powerhouse!!! What a baking queen.

The WORST PACZKI EVER, I mean ever. I should have said something when I picked up my order today, The lemon packi’s were 1/3 of the size of the raspberry. The lemon was fried too much on one side. Not enough on the other. Hardly any filling and hardly any taste. I will not be ordering again.
I am picky as I was a bakery manager/baker for over 25 years.
So disappointed.
Reply: I stated I waited 0-10 minutes for pickup. I texted you told you my name and that I was there a few minutes early. You proceeded to come out with somebody else’s order even after I texted you.
Also, you know what you packed up for me.
You can’t tell me that you didn’t notice the size difference. The six lemon were so small. They were laying flat inside the box and the six raspberry were in a larger box, Standing on their side as they could not have laid down flat.
I bought these for my coworkers and they were shocked at the size difference and that there was hardly any filling. I just wish I had taken pictures, your customers would have been surprised to see the lack of filling.
I know they won’t be buying anything from Fort Mill bakery.

I ALSO HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM YOU BEFORE AND HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW ON YOUR BUSINESS. GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT.
You look like you have a thriving cake decorating business, so take some criticism occasionally just because you are a great cake, decorator does not make you a great Baker.

I recently purchased a birthday cake from Tradition Bakery for my twin sisters, who are celebrating their 75th birthdays. The cake was a small 6″delicious plain vanilla butter cream layer cake with red roses and Happy Birthday on the top layer. The twins and all of us present enjoyed the cake. It was a pleasure working with Heidi the owner. I highly recommend this Bakery for any and all of your bakery needs.
