I see I am not late to the One-Star review party… I do not recommend Qdoba on Lineville in Howard. I’ve given this Qdoba location so many chances and things never get better. You are better off going to the Qdoba on S Oneida St in Ashwaubenon instead. Service is always poor here, food quality and prep is lack luster at best. My visit last night will be my last. I ordered using the app. Arrived and saw my food sitting on the prep line, already completed. The staff took care of 8 people in line (many arriving after me) before addressing my order. Order was completed 15 minutes later than expected on app. Staff didn’t say a single word or answer my questions either… they just looked at me puzzled. My $15 bowl was a mess and of course cold because it sat for probably 20 minutes before handing it to me. I’ll stop at Jersey Mikes or Noodles next door instead… what a mess.

I never leave reviews but this one needed one. Manuel was awesome, didn’t hesitate to ask me how my day was at 9:30PM, 30min before they were closing. He gave me good portions, and amazing service. You’ll be lucky if you have someone like him to help you. Came in 1/21, give that guy a raise.

I’m sorry but I will not return. The place was empty at lunch that should have been the first sign. The kids working were not trained very well. Food was literally thrown together. I even said “How am I supposed to eat that!’ I know it’s hard to find employees but 3 people that are incompetent to operate a restaurant will cause that restaurant to lose more than just money.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Qdoba! #1 my burrito was not folded and just thrown into the bag. #2 upon arrive for my pick up order there was a line at the counter but no one in the building, instead they were screwing around outside behind the building. #3 when I got home and tried to call they just continued to pick up the call and hang up.

Picked up lunch today by going through the drive-through. When we got to our destination, we discovered that basically everything was wrong. Ordered the 3 street tacos and they slathered sour cream all over the top of them (not supposed to have sour cream). Not even inside the tacos, all over the outside. How is somebody supposed to eat a taco that way? A nacho bowl had rice in it and it was requested to not have rice. The chips were stale and the drive through person was rude on top of it all. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do with the exception that I would have to bring the food back before they would give a refund. Very disappointed in this location. We go to the west GB location all the time and never have a problem.

I’ve been here quite a few times and I’m pretty disappointed with today’s service. Nobody here spoke English. The kid behind the counter didn’t know the difference between softshell and hard shell tacos. I was overcharged for my drink, and couldn’t explain it to the lady at the register because again, no English.
The condiment counter was not fully stocked and was missing drink lids and forks.

They have some great healthy food and their bowls are awesome. Choose your own meat from steak, brisket, chicken or pork etc.all flavored amazingly can pick any vegetables that you want.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Qdoba is one of my favorite places for lunch. I had to order from this location because the other one didn’t have what I wanted and I was ordering ahead on the app. I was not only disappointed that the food wasn’t ready when I got there, after the time slot they promised it would be ready in, but also, this is my “extra rice extra steak” bowl just after I mixed it. I would expect MORE than this in a standard bowl, let alone when ordering EXTRA on my bowl and PAYING for extra and not even receiving the amount of a regular bowl, very irritating. I WILL NOT be ordering from this location again. Extremely disappointed.

This location is not to the Qdoba standard. I stopped in because i loved Qdoba when i lived in Colorado. Got a bowl, but they barely put anything in it. It definitely was not worth the amount i paid. I attached the photo after mixing, but not eating. Qdoba in Colorado would never sell a bowl this empty.
