Called and was transferred to a Brad I asked if he was the store manager. I was told by Brad that was extremely busy and could not take my order. I also was calling to place an order to feed 60 people. And Brads VERY POOR CHOICE OF WORDS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DETERRED ME TO ELSE WHERE. Omg. On this day 6/25 at 7:35 I ordered 40.00 of wings go in to pick up my order This will be my last time. These guys had a pair of tennis shoes on the pizza table. Just nasty. The other crew was very clean and professional. Wont be going back. Lost my business

First off the employees were not very welcoming. As we waited for our pizza and wings we noticed the one and only female working this day went outside wearing gloves and returned to prepare pizza wearing the same pair of gloves. She was politely asked to remove her gloves and wash her hands she began to mock the person with her coworkers. Long story short our order was wrong, over priced because of false advertisement, they gave us the wrong order of chicken wings ,the pizza was under cooked. It took 1/2 hr. to cook it in MY OWN OVEN before it was ready to eat. WARNING: Please be careful eating here I would hate to hear of someone getting seriously ill because it is definitely hospital bait!!! P. S. They didn’t deserve a star at all!!

Quick trip to get something to eat when I was moving into my new condo apartment. Helpful staff. Pizza was awesome. Wonderful way to resolve my hunger and be able to get a small personal pizza that was just for dinner and enough left over for breakfast the following morning.

Delivery driver was super kind and courteous–deserved a bigger tip than I could afford. Once my order was in the “delivery” phase it didn’t take long at all to get. It took the store over an hour to make my pizza though. The vegetables on the supreme tasted like they were expired or unwashed or something–they weren’t good. The rest of the pizza was fine, and I really liked their spicy garlic sauce. I have mixed feelings about this Papa John’s.

I haven’t been to Papa Johns in awhile. So I went to get memory taste buds and was shocked to know that it was different (no flavor) no marinara sauce no garluc sauce bad. I could’ve given a lower grade buy the other scores kept it up.

What can I say? I work around the corner at grifols. I called and placed an order. I went there 3 times for my order was never ready and then they said someone else got it by accident
And when I did finally get some food. It is not what I ordered. And now I can not get no one to answer when they did I got put on hold. I’m at work. I eat here often

Except for poor scheduling, because the length of time to receive a carryout order is horrendous. Yet, it’s a very good quality made pizza. Product is awesome. Price is normal. Employees are stressed from the working conditions, but they maintain a mature, functional attitude that gets them through their day. I do not know any of these people personally.
