teriyaki foot long. The meat was good. Good amount of topping and quick service! Clean on the inside and good amount of parking! Highly recommend!
What a great employee you have.
Brittany was very friendly and courteous.
Came to the counter smiling.
We talked as she was making my sub.
Outstanding!!
If I owned a business I would steal her from you.
Don’t let this gem get away.
GREAT JOB BRITTANY!!!
I did an online order 30 mins prior to taking my lunch (thinking ya know, it’d give plenty of time to have it ready when I got there). However, upon arriving, I found that my food hadn’t been made. The employee(s) were rude, and stated that they never received my order. Even when attempting to show them that it had been ordered, I was met with “well, that’s not my problem”. They refused to make the sandwich, and they refused a refund. When I asked for the GM’s #, or a regional manager’s number, I was straight up told no I wasn’t getting that information.
I will be sending something to corporate as well. Even if this is just a franchise, you’re making the company look like a bad joke.
