I went to Frank Pepe for the first time and I had a good experience. When we ordered our pizza, we waited for about 15 minutes. The pizza was fresh, well cooked, and delicious. The portion with the price was reasonable.

Excited to have a Pepe’s near us – used to go to New Haven for it! The clam pizza is extraordinary – we always get it when we sit in, it doesn’t travel as well as the other excellent pizzas – so if you have only tried it take-away, definitely try dine in. Our other fav is sausage/hot cherry peppers – fabulous. The best pizza in Boston suburbs! We dined in this week and found the service incredibly caring and friendly – great job!

My wife and I recently visited your Burlington location and wanted to share the exceptional experience we had.
After we were seated, there was a brief server mix-up that resulted in a short wait for our drink orders. However, the manager, Hicham Dallah, quickly noticed the delay and personally came to our table to apologize. Even though we assured him it was not an issue, he insisted on providing our pizza free of charge and gave us a voucher for a future visit.
We were truly blown away by Hicham’s kindness and the staff’s dedication to the customer experience. We already loved Pepe’s, but this level of care has made us even bigger fans.

100 Years ! Yes they are serving up their delicious pizzas for a century now – that is incredible.
Their pie is “big” 16” for a medium… the crust is chewy and crunchy at the same time, it also comes with a char Which does add to the flavors.
Not sure if this is the only location or if they have an original branch…. This is conveniently located in the mall … I would give it a try if I am in Burlington.

I just picked up my pizza order from this place—it was my first time ordering from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the boxes while I was still there, which was my mistake. When I got home, I was shocked to see how badly burnt the pizza was. I’ve never seen anything like it, and yet they still sold it to me.
Before posting this review, I called the restaurant to report the issue. However, the person who answered was rude and didn’t seem to care about my concern. She kept asking what my name is. Burnt pizzas should never be sold to customers.

This place has very good pizza. This review is for my experience trying to use a gift card on an online order. If your gift card balance is less than your total order expect the full amount to go on your credit/debit card. I requested assistance on how to place the order but was ignored and hung up on. Please work on a fix for this!

First time at Frank Pepe Pizzeria! So glad we finally tried it. Pizza was delicious! We got half Caprese and half veggie. Also got a Caesar salad. dessert we got the trio which is tiramisu, cheesecake and pie. All yummy! The service was friendly and excellent. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Outstanding pizza! This has to be in the top 5 best pizzas I’ve ever had.
I tried a plain tomato and a mozzarella/tomato. Cooked well done to ensure it had plenty of char, which I enjoy. And went with the large size on both, since different size pizzas tend to taste a little different to me, all other variables held constant.
Both pies had this wonderful, buttery yet sooty and bitter quality that I just can’t believe. All the ingredients can be tested clearly, and are high quality.
This pizza is truly something special.

Frank Pepe’s is awesome! The pizza is delicious! New Haven style pizzeria that rocks! The pizza is chewy yet crunchy. It has a great char to it but not overwhelming. Definitely recommend checking out Frank Pepe’s! If want a delicious classic pizza pie; this is the spot!
