Stopped by tonight to pick up my pizza and wings, and Marvin gave great service. He had a really good attitude, was calm and professional, and even stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and let me know my order was ready. You can tell he takes hospitality seriously. Real cool dude and definitely a big reason this was a good experience. Highly recommend this Domino’s location when Marvin is on the clock.

I placed an order at 11:30… I showed up waited for it be another 15 minutes… It’s super great spending my entire lunch, waiting for my lunch. Just shut it down already. It’s obvious from the reviews that’s the way it’s headed. Id give it zero stars if I could.

We ordered 2 pizza and a garden salad, one of the pizza was uncooked the salad was brown old, i complained about the salad and they told me they can send me another one but no guarantees. And they gave me a customer service number when you can only leave a message. 3 days later a (April) called me. I explained and she said rudely DO YOU WANT A REFUND! I said is not about the money is about making sure that the products are double checked before they leave the store. She asked me rudely again for my credit card numbers, and told me to hurry up and hung up on me!!!!!!!! Don’t go to this place horrible!!!!!!!!!

Run. You will get better pizza from the other store that’s close to 270 intersection. Uncooked and potential health issue may occur. We ordered pizza and pamersan bites both are undercooked( check image 1 and 2, 1 is from this store and 2 is from a different store) and I was on phone for 18 minutes to talk to the manager and couldn’t catch hold of anyone. I wish someone could have told me about the carry out return policy which you have to return within two hours. I ended up tossing it on trash. Waste of money and time.

2 times I have ordered delivery and my order was forgotten. I had to call back, after well over an hour past what they said. I called again the 2nd time and the person on the phone hung up on me.

Edit: I see why it’s just Domino’s and not Domino’s Pizza: getting really good at a lot of stuff. Surprisingly good cheesesteak sandwich and Chicken BBQ Bacon Chicken “Wings” for $9 each. I recommend adding meat to the cheesesteak but it was packed with flavor and plenty of cheese/onions/peppers. Normally with mushrooms but I 86’d. Very good boneless wings smothered in mozz and Monterey Jack mix. Would totally eat here again.

So let’s get into it. This is a bit challenging to speak about. I dined in on this day. Place is extremely clean, very pleased. Friendly, two Caucasian men where really holding it down. Great conversation. None the less, a huge turn off. Taking orders, cash handling, NEVER saw the mgr wash his hands. Went straight to cook no hair net, perspiring wiping hands onto the apron. A huge NOT ACCEPTABLE . The lesson here is folks watch as they’re preparing your food… please pay attention, in the hustle and bustle of rushing to complete orders in a timely manner. It creates many health issues. By way of germs, you can become very ill. Be safe out there. People aren’t giving you proper food handling.

The food and people are fine, but it is obviously extremely understaffed. I have ordered a pizza and have it take over 45 minutes to even go into the oven or been cancelled completely due to no delivery driver. I hope the owner sees this and knows that he is the one at fault, not the workers. He needs to hire more people and pay them better so they actually stay. There is no worker shortage, only a pay shortage. This place is obviously managed extremely poorly.
