I ordered a Philly cheese steak from here tonight and it was horrible. I have been coming to this location since they opened and have never been disappointed until today. The bun is thin and the steak is chewy and gross. For the price I paid I expected to enjoy my meal, not throw it out.

I was craving a grilled cheese and tomato soup so I decided to give Meltwich a try and I’m so glad I did! The food was great, the staff were incredibly nice and the prices were very fair! They have some vegan options which is great as well! I will definitely be back!

Honestly used to love going here, but the last two times have been horrible. The lady who works Saturday nights is extremely rude. Last weekend we were came in to eat, and the woman immediately goes “I’m too busy to take your order, you need to wait like 20-25 minutes. I have my online orders first.” We were the only people standing in the restaurant and she didn’t even ask what we wanted. Unfortunately we waited what ended up being 47 minutes for two large poutines. Decided to try it again today, and we walked in the door to have the lady look at us, and verbally scoff and roll her eyes and walk to the back. She then worked in the back for a few minutes until a couple more groups of people came in and took our order. Just extremely unprofessional. If it’s really that busy, there should be more than one employee working – but we’ll be looking for a new location to go to.

Just went to the Niagara Falls restaurant i wanted a ultimate burger with 5 extra patties and my son wanted the same was told she did not have enough ground beef thawed cover the Uber orders and our order . We had to take out business else where
As we was starving.
Why does walk in customers take a back seat and in coming new uber orders are the priority?

We went in again tonight place a large order . The gal working was amazing, its nice to see a happy and friendly employee she’s a top notch employee.
Great food we ordered the 4×4 and the ultimate burger and added 2 patties both was hot, fresh and yummy

The atmosphere and service of the employees were very nice. There food was also very good. The burgers were very delicious, especially the crispy chicken burgers they were done extremely well. Also their fries were done very well with a nice amount of salt.

Very delicious food. Clean place. Great service. Owner was so friendly. We came with two young kids and he brought out their food first, that little attention to detail/act of kindness was a lifesaver! We got the Smokey banquet with the macncheese bites, Tennessee chicken and kids chicken tenders. All was delicious and great quality. Thank you!

First time I’ve visited this restaurant chain though I’ve heard good reviews. The establishment is clean, however, the entertainment streamed on the TVs is questionable. I enjoyed the Philly Steak combo and was pleasantly surprised with the impressive food quality! Now I know Meltwich is worth the visit.

$36 for a small burger and a Philly cheese steak that was half the size than pictured. The bun was also completely different. The 5 pieces of mac and cheese bites for $9 definitely came prepackaged. The only worker there doesn’t speak English (December 12th evening). And didn’t acknowledge me for at least 4 minutes when the food was already ready. Could have just said hello and would have had the food in 20 seconds.
