Update: I never contacted because I kept working with them, and they worked with me. I do not have these issues any longer, and have been able to use it to have conversations that led me to love the people. The drinks can be a little inconsistent, but I honestly find that everywhere. The employees we’ve spoken with have been wonderful, and they keep us returning!
Three times I’ve asked for sugar free because I’m a diabetic. TWICE they’ve made my sugar spike due to incompetence. When asked one time if it was sugar free the response was, “I don’t know”. Do better or you will lose this group of customers for good due to lack of trust.

Family says the frozen drinks are good but as a coffee person the coffee tastes stale. Opening week the coffee tasted great but I had an americano today and it was just stale, sadly had to pour it out. This is a problem with any “coffee” place that focuses on frozen drinks, coffee is most likely the least ordered drink so I am not a target customer.

Wanted to give this place a try and was horribly disappointed. I’ve been at least 6 times already as it’s close to my job and get the same drink every time but somehow it tastes different every time? Not only that but of the times I go the manager or whoever is in charge of the day, speaks to the employees in a certain tone. Not sure if that’s my mama bear coming out but definitely do NOT recommend this place. Spare yourself and make the extra drive to another coffee shop.

i absolutely LOVE 7 brew and the workers here our always nice and friendly. They have a variety of different drinks & flavors, and you can create your own. I 100% recommend and honestly they have good prices compared to other places

Love seven brew. Actually come to this location 3-6 times a week. Some days it seems well run and others POORLY. You’re supposed to pick the shortest line but some days they don’t have anyone working the second one so the other line will have 8+ cars go before you before you’re addressed. This has happened twice. Today it seemed like it’d be the same way so after waiting for ten minutes with our line not addressed or moving and the other line empty out and address others, we left. The coffee is more consistent than most places and the staff is generally polite but they have to do something about the lines. Either close one day and just use one or find a better system of addressing. No one enjoys their time wasted. At the point now we don’t want to go back

So the first 2 times I went to 7 brew were great. I ordered things straight off the menu. The last 2 times I went including this morning I ordered things not on the “menu” but with very clear instructions even with pictures and this is what I got… this is way too much to be wasting money on this. These tasted like over milked regular coffee with zero flavor, never mind no whip cream or anything else I asked for. After this happening twice this is not just a coincidence. I tried calling and it goes to a corporate number who doesn’t answer. Also this was before work and I didn’t have time to correct and sit and wait at 5:45 am. Photos of what I asked for and what I got the second time around.
UPDATE, never got a call, tried calling again, message just loops and nobody answers any of the lines. So short of driving there and questioning someone there is literally nothing you can do. This is horrible customer service and every girl I work with including my coworkers and the person this was for agreed this looked like milk and it tasted terrible so we ALL willl not be going there again now. ( it’s a large place).

First time at a 7Brew. They were super busy today on Juneteenth, and my order is always complicated. I decided to try the Smooth 7 and made it decaf, sugar free, and with oat milk. Despite being super busy, they got my complicated order right. I was very impressed!!
