This is the worst papa johns I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the only pizza place on base. Every time I go there, my pizza is undercooked. It never fails. Also the dough is terrible every time. Even on my papadia. I cant even eat my pizza without all of the toppings falling off. I wish they’d replace this store with Domino’s and I hate domino’s. That basically sums it up.

Normally I have no problem with this particular store, but today I was hugely disappointed! I ordered two extra large NY style pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and one with extra olives. I also ordered extra peperocinis. What I got looked like regular large pizzas with normal olive, the pepperoni could be argued that there’s extra & 2 extra peperocinis( I paid $1.49 extra for them). I called the store and the manager agreed to send me new pizzas but my kids had attacked them before I called. So I let that go. She did agree to send the driver back with my peperocinis, but at this point I’m just annoyed! I’m usually not a complainer, but this is completely unacceptable!

Lazy shift-manager talking on phone – leg kicked up – yawning – took 15 minutes to acknowledge our presence (wife and I). Then 3 of her friends walk in, she hangs up the phone, takes their order (without ringing it up), whispers something (likely an order) to another employee, and hands them 3 free cups. As they fill their drinks, I ask…”Well if its free drink day, why did you charge me and the other customer?” With the most idiotic look on her face, she tells me she does it all the time. Then she starts eating Taco Bell from her friends as they stand around in the customer area chit chatting. Can anyone say, “Conflict of interest?”.
I called corporate, who in turn, called the store. At that point, she (shift-manager) spoke to the representative over the phone and finally took our order. Really? Is that what it takes to be served at a Papa Johns? Also, I asked for the MANAGER 5 times…as she kept telling me SHE was the manager. On the fifth request, she said, “Well, I’m one of them.” I then told her I wanted the REAL MANAGER…and that she was not even capable of managing her own friends from stopping by looking for free food! Ridiculous…and what’s more embarrassing…you give a young minority girl an opportunity, and this is how they express appreciation for the job. Nellis Air Force Base Papa Johns…you flunked…with FLYING COLORS. The REAL manger manager was nice, however, and extremely apologetic.
Actually, I feel for her having to deal with that type of behavior from ignorant employees.

Been having an overly frustrating issue with Papa Johns specifically the delivery, I call and give them my exact address instead of using the app for the sole purpose our address in the app WILL NOT update and displays our neighbors address. But it always seems that they just assume and use the address I have on file rather than the one I give to them over the phone, and it also seems that delivery instructions are either not followed or not passed on because I also use that to make sure that the pizza is delivered correctly. Have had an issue everytime with the neighbors getting bothered and even giving the delivery instructions to call me before walking up and delivering to prevent this being ignored has caused unwanted issues between myself and the neighbors.

I’m from New Orleans on the road in Vegas ordered a couple pizzas for carryout wasn’t aware I had to have military credentials to pick up my order unfortunately I paid for it so I called the store they had a attitude said they would bring it to the gate been here 45 minutes now and still waiting

The pizza was cold. It was not together. It didn’t have a pepperchini. The delivery person got lost. I was not satisfied with my order. No cheese. Hardly any veggies. We order Papa John’s because of their quality of pizza but yesterday it was not at all.

Our pizza has been ready for quite a while however we have been sitting here at the drive-through window watching people scroll on their phones and stand around and talk.
This is not the first time we have been here and been basically ignored. My friend also said he has sat in the lobby for up to 30 minutes sometimes before they will even come out to try and help him. If you read all the other reviews this is pretty consistent and I don’t know why Papa John’s would put their name on this place and let it be in such bad condition as far as staff and customer service. Would love to never come here again… I guess I just thought there’s no way they could keep doing this stuff

Update: I got to speak with a manager and she gave me credit for my next order.
2nd time I try this location. I knew I should have trusted my gut. Missing items, replaced my pepsi with lemonade (no one called to check if it was okay, no one has touched it they can come and get it!) I called so many times and no answer! Same as the first time so they can’t excuse that it is super bowl. Sent a message to the manager hopefully someone will call me back. One can only hope!!!

I have attempted to get edible food from this place multiple times… the chicken poppers are never up to temp and extremely chewy. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger pizza which I was informed that was no longer on the menu 1 hour after I ordered it. I also ordered the chicken poppers.. which they are out of. This store is failing completely. I have literally never had a papa johns that was this bad.
