My family tried Wasabi for the first time tonight after the rodeo and I must say this is the best Hibachi I’ve ever had. We got the Teriyaki Chicken and rice, it was delicious!

The fried rice with steak is so good! And the salad with the creamy ginger dressing is delicious! We also tried the sushi and we loved it. Our family has eaten here many times and we keep coming back because we all love the food so much. I would definitely recommend this place.

We are thrilled to have this excellent new dining option in our little hamlet of SChroon Lake! The smoothies are so refreshing on a hot day, and the atmosphere, service, and food – all excellent! We had hibachi and tempura bento boxes which were a nice combination of things, lots of food for a reasonable cost. I’ll try the sushi and rolls next time! Our friends had both and they had great reviews on quality and portion. Looking forward to going back!

I am really sorry for this review but we got sushi to go. It was not good, my daughter ended up throwing hers away. The fish did not seem fresh as it was dry and it lacked flavor. The strawberry boba was good and I did like the fried bananas. I add honey and cream to the bananas as that is the way it’s usually served where I am from and makes them even better.

The food was awesome! I had the superhero roll and yamato roll. Everything was delicious, my brother had the imperial dinner which had steak chicken and shrimp, it was plentiful and flavorful. It came with a sauce to put over the rice, and that was good as well. I got a coconut milk tea and it was very good. I will definitely be back.

Wasabi has a fast casual atmosphere that breathes modernity but still shows some respect for tradition. The food is priced fairly and is absolutely incredible. I had the hush puppies, the friendship roll, and the Indy 500 roll. I didnt get any raw fish because I cant any more due to a medical condition, but my girlfriend got the rainbow roll and the fish looked colorful and fresh. The fried bananas were only 2.99 and were to die for. I ran out of room and had to take home my vegetable yakisoba, and it was still delicious even reheated. I will be visiting again many more times.

I’ve eaten here multiple times and never been disappointed. The sushi rolls are huge and prices reflect value. The staff are always friendly. I recommend the crazy girl rolls. Parking is difficult to find during busy times. The town seriously needs to figure out something with parking.

Pretty good sushi rolls. I have yet to be disappointed after over a dozen visits. Friendly staff and lots of creative options. My favorites are the Treasure Island and the Ruby Roll. Great to find this place in the middle of the Adirondacks.

This was s pleasant surprise. Discovered this Take Out Restaurant last week and have eaten there twice now. There are 2, or 3 tables that seat 4, otherwise it is set up like most takeout places. The food is good, we had the California roll which was OK. Heard from friends theirs was good. The faux crab was a bit fishy. The Yaki Soba noodles were good, but the meat yaki soba lacked any vegetables. Next time I’ll get the veggie noodle and add a meat. We will definitely return as this is a great addition to Schroon Lake.
