Loyal customer for the past 18 years. Always a great place to stop and get ice cream. I’ve been seeing the manager since I was in high school it is great to see the consistency in standards, taste, and ability to please the customers. Prices are pretty standard, great seating if you want to enjoy indoors, also outdoor seating for those who want to sit in the sun.
Highly recommend you making a stop if you ever want ice cream!

The service was not that great. The staff member almost acted like he was to busy to even serve us. There were very few tables inside that hadn’t been clean.. but the icecream was ok. It did start melting immediately.. wish they kept it cooler like the place up the street (Gelati Celesti)

Very disappointed. First, their prices have increased more than one would expect in this economy. Next, they do not have the option to get just a cup of ice cream without fixings, etc. You still have to pay the price that would include fixings. This actually borders on being a bit discriminatory. I am a person with dietary restrictions but I can occasionally have a small cup of plain ice cream. And I like to occasionally do so with my family. But not at Cold Stone Creamery. They don’t care about their customers’ needs, only their profits.

But when we custom ordered a birthday ice cream cake, they used the wrong color writing on it and the message was not even centered. The cake was delicious but that writing made it look cheesy.

Huge shoutout to Juliana at Cold Stone Creamery! She crafted our ice cream tub with so much love and extra care — it truly made our day. You could tell she took the time to get everything just right, from mixing the flavors to the generous toppings. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience feel special. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Juliana, for going the extra mile — we’ll definitely be back!

I Love Coldstone!
The place was clean and there wasn’t alot of people. I had the Strawberry Blonde and the Caramel Crunch, they were awesome. Perfectly blended. I would definitely go back.

Not impressed at all.
Went in for ice cream with my daughter, and she ordered a large with peanuts, marshmallow, cookies, and peanut butter cups as her toppings. They went completely overboard with the peanuts—there were so many that it overwhelmed the entire dessert. On top of that, they barely put any of the other ingredients in it. I paid $13 for something that ended up in the trash. It was honestly terrible. Definitely not worth the money.

I received an email from Cold Stone wishing a “happy birthday to the coolest person we know” with an offer to “buy one get one” on an ice cream creation. The team at the store made what we requested, but when the manager, Drew, refused to honor my birthday coupon because it was not connected to my phone number. The coupon does not say anywhere on it that a phone number is required to use it. Additionally, Drew was condescending and not at all helpful, not offering any solutions. He said I could sign up for some account, but that the coupon still couldn’t be used even if I did that. I don’t understand why Cold Stone would send me a coupon and not honor it. Why even send the email in the first place? My birthday experience was anything but sweet.
