I ordered a pizza from this Jet’s Pizza and found a worm inside the pizza. It was really disgusting and unacceptable. I will never order from here again. I hope they improve their food safety and quality control.

First time trying Jets Pizza, we don’t have any in South Louisiana so I’ve always wanted to try them. Nice shopping little center it’s located in, and Sean helped us out with some selections as we ordered inside the store. Prices were not bad either for the amount of pizzas we got. Everything came out quick and hot. The Aloha BBQ Chicken was one of my favorites.

Decent thin Za actually but their time management skills here are so bad. They are 99% of the time late on their times.. most recently I was told a couple more minutes after showing up 5 minutes past the estimated time.. it didn’t come out for another 12 minutes.. good customer service takes trust, I don’t trust this location after two very delayed orders in a row as my first two times trying here. I was surprised how great the pizza and service was! My boyfriend and I went to get pizza and salads. I am vegetarian and they had quite a bit of options. Their veggie pizza was so good! Everything tasted fresh and the pizza wasn’t too greasy. I really liked how the veggies and cheese on top were a bit charred, but the bottom wasn’t over-cooked and burnt (I hate that). This is coming from a person who is not the biggest fan of pizza typically. The guy that rang us up was so nice and I can’t even remember a time when I had good service at a pizza shop honestly. He told us 10-15 minutes and it was ready in the time he said. I highly recommend and appreciate the wonderful customer service! We will be back.

We hit them for take up order today for a large cheese and large pepperoni deep dish and it is delicious.
I wish the size for large was a little bit bigger and the price was a little bit better but all in all very worth it I would recommend it highly

This might be our favorite pizza place, and this location is top notch! They are always fast and the pizza is always perfect. We also love grabbing a bottle of ranch with our order too. Not only the pizza is always perfect, but their boneless wings are also always fantastic!

1) Ordered a New York Style Pizza.
1a) Received a Deep Dish, and it even says deep dish on the receipt? (Could have been a mess up by the system, not the employees)
2) Ordered a 2 Liter of Pepsi.
2a) Received a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi.
3) Ordered Ranch. (Is our favorite ranch dressing)
3a) The Ranch was sour.

Ordered Jets this evening since we love their four corner pizza. My husband placed the order around 8:30pm online through the web and figured it would be quick since it’s down the street. A full hour goes by and no text, no call, no alert from our apartment gate. We called the store to check on our order since they close at 10. To our surprise, they said they contacted us multiple times and couldn’t deliver our order even though we have no texts or calls on our phones. And instead of replacing the order, they just cancelled it entirely. Very disappointed and will probably never order from this location ever again.

I usually love their pizza but I would recommend not to order a pizza in the last 30mins of the store closure. If you do order in the last minute then don’t expect it to be of quality because the same happened to me and for my normal order this is how he topped it with full of jalapeño’s and olive’s ruining both the pizzas.
