Restaurant was very clean, comfortable, the cashier was welcoming, and the guy that made my food was polite and courteous. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch combo. The sauce was very good, food was good, the bread was my favorite: warm, toasted, slight crunch on the outside,but soft on the inside. The only thing I didn’t like was the sandwich size was on the smaller side. Other than that, 10/10 overall.

Unimpressive.
There’s obviously a managerial or owner/operator issue.
They were out of regular BREAD. I was able to get a “mini Jimmy” … which was fine. Not what I wanted, and the kid taking the order acted like I was the idiot when I didn’t understand what he was saying.
I’m going to save us both some time and just sum up my experience with I should have walked out when I realized that they had four people working and had no bread with which to make sandwiches.
My fault. I won’t be back… which is unfortunate because all other locations I have been to have stellar.

I had an online order and due to dietary restrictions, I had to call and have my unwich remade and the staff was so kind and polite. They quickly remade my order and made it very well. It was a great experience.

This is a after thought review , last time I ate here , the tuna sandwich had no tuna , or much of anything , today I’m eating at firehouse and there is so much meat I won’t be able to eat it all .

Been here many of time excellent customer service. But tonight we had the most rudest experience.. Gentleman was talking to low for us to hear we had to ask multiple times what he said then popped an attitude with my brother who has autism and then got an attitude with me. Definitely no going back there again. I understand stand being in fast food can be difficult but no need to take it out on your customers.

Don’t order delivery. They have been completely unreliable since they stopped doing deliveries in house and started contracting it out to some 3rd party service. I’ve counted 3 times I had to go pickup my food because it was well over an hour and no driver in sight, 1 time I had to cancel because it wasn’t being delivered and this time it took 1.5 hours to get my food after they gave their delivery driver the wrong address. In all 5 instances I’ve had to call to get answers.

I ordered at counter and was asked if I was a member. The server did not tell me to enter ph # to collect points. I requested on sandwich bread, but was given on bund. People are good but whoever is in charge of ordering their food should probably lose their job. Everytime we come here they are out of something. I’ve gone one time and they didn’t have any bread! This time they couldn’t make Lil Johns, wraps, and told me after we paid they ran out of Turkey. Corporate I hope you see this because it is a regular occurrence.

My husband and I have ordered Jimmy John’s on several occasions and the food is always 100% on point. However, tonight I ordered the new Kicken chicken-which I ordered when it first came out and was amazing!-but tonight, there was maybe 2 TBS of Chicken and no extra bacon. We called the store and talked to the manager and she was super friendly, apologetic, and she had the sandwich made again.
The sandwich is as amazing as the first time I had it! We will continue to order from them because the sandwiches are always delicious and their customer service is amazing! The manager is going above and beyond to make her customers happy!!!
