Sadly have gotten 3-4 bad pizzas in a row from this place. I love Papa John’s and moved to this area recently, it’s usually an every week treat for me. This location doesn’t know how to fully bake a pizza for some reason even when you ask for well-done and puts way too much sauce consistently every time. It’s so disappointing. Wish I could get the pizza I know from this brand from this location.

They refired The order tonight and it was nothing short of amazing that’s the way I remember Papa John’s amazing. I hope they know they have an amazing manager there with Harley because they do thanks you guys you kicked some butt tonight.

This place is a dumpster fire. The Papa Johns app insists I must order from them to deliver to our house (which I do only very rarely), and they mess it up 100% of the time. Then don’t answer the phone. Then when they DO answer, they admit they messed up but do absolutely nothing to fix it.
Even the pizza they do deliver is horribly underbaked and gross.
Just a terribly run place that deserves to close. Do NOT order from them. It’s a scam of a business.

I have never had an issue with this place until tonight. I honestly believe it was the driver who screwed it all up. I ordered two pizzas. When they arrived, the one I attached a picture of was completely smashed and inedible. I called and asked them to remake it. They did and re-delivered it. The second one I got was a little smashed still but I was still able to eat it this time. Overall it was ok after be redelivered, but come on… someone obviously dropped this and still delivered it. Ridiculous

Ordered online, said it was ready for pickup got there and they lost the order. Then while waiting in there for almost an hour I watched them lose 3 more orders. They dropped 2 pizzas on the floor boxed them up and sent them out. Once we finally got our pizza that they miraculously found, after eating got sick from it. Please stay away!!!

Update: against my better judgment, I tried this establishment again. I called in an order at 6 pm with a scheduled pick-up time of 7:15. My wife picked up the pizza at 7:05 and it was ready for pick-up. The receipt says the pick-up was scheduled for 6:45 pm. The pizza was cold and it looked like it was missing a significant amount of cheese (picture for reference). I don’t know how this establishment managed to top their last performance, but bravo, this one took the cake. 1 star rating.
Their stuffed crust pizza is great when baked well, but the last two times the dough has been so flimsy that when you go to pick up a slice, everything just slides off, cheese included. Aside from the pizza being prepared 10 minutes late from a scheduled pick-up that was made hours in advance, I understood when I walked in and they only had 2 employees running the restaurant. They’ve had hiring signs outside for months, if not all year, for all positions. It appears this establishment is on its last legs.

I walked in to order dinner, the guy working walked right up to me, said it would be a couple minutes cause he was behind, I said no problem. Stood in there for about 20 to 22 minutes, tried getting the guys attention 2 times and he totally ignored me walking past me several times as if I wasn’t even standing there. Papa John’s has always been my #1 pizza spot, I just don’t know anymore

The one thing they got going for them is, They’re consistent..ly bad, I haven’t gotten the correct soda from them then in the past 6 orders not to mention this new flat freezer style looking pizza that they keep trying to pass off as hand tossed. Something has really really hurt the restaurant industry within these past couple years because sadly, This seems to be the new norm ♂️
