This location SUCKS!!!!! The guy with a man bun is always so rude and never wants to put anything on your subs. I thought I’d give it another try, but after today I will NOT be going back to any Jersey Giant locations… let me say this, I used to live off Jersey Giant to the point I walked in and they remembered my order. We are talking like 5-6 times a week atleast…. This was the West Main location. When you spend $19 for a turkey sandwich……… and it looks like this…………the lettuce was brown and slimy, hardly ANY meat and he didn’t want to put anything toppings on it. I asked for more and he said he had to charge me .50 (this is standard) HOWEVER, as you can see there are 0 toppings to begin with. I then asked for more because the additional amount was *almost* a normal amount and he was going to charge me then an additional $1.00. This location is an absolute joke. For a $19 sub it could’ve atleast been made with some good customer service. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO ANY LOCATION AFTER TODAY!

Moved to Indiana from Atlanta Ga, we have a very similar place there and I’ve been trying to find that comfort from home for almost 2 years. I’m in this area for job training for a couple weeks and just saw this sign off the highway, thought I’d try it! Homerun!!! Everything from the bread, meat, toppings, the chips, cookies, service and atmosphere! I live 2 hours south and would make this drive for lunch on the weekends for these subs! Yes they’re that good!

I always get the #8, I’m not even sure what it’s officially called but it’s my go-to every time. There used to be a location on Stadium Drive and I had just started going there about a month before it closed. I was honestly so sad when it shut down because it was right down the street from my job and super convenient.
Now I have to drive out to the Portage location, which isn’t a huge deal, but I definitely miss having one on Stadium. The Portage subs did taste even better though… or maybe I was just starving that day, I don’t know Either way, I’ve always loved the #8 and I really wish they would bring back the Stadium Drive location!

I was charging my car and was looking for food options nearby, this looked like a nice place. Shoutout to the employees, they were very considerate of my dietary restrictions and cleaned the machinery & utensils for my specific order. Wow – a nice surprise. First time at Jersey Giant Subs – and I am glad I did stop in. Fresh and flavorful sub – I had the classic. Well prepared – just the right amount of seasonings and sauce. I added pickles and giardiniera to the standard toppings. Glad they offer Great Lake Chips which are the best. To top it all off – service was friendly and helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

The guy making our food did a killer job and was very personable. The sandwiches were just what we needed. The Michigan brand potato chips with the cherry flavor were tasty with Vernors. My gf from Montana hadn’t tried any of it before. Thanks for making the experience a great one. There was only one guy working and he did a lot of work. He even thanked me for leaving a tip. Outstanding.
