If you want it shorter, more casual, or tailored to a specific vibe (hipster, cozy neighborhood, specialty coffee snob tell me the tone and I’ll adjust it.
The coffee is a wonderful expression of illy as you may already know it.
The space inviting and visually appealing. Seating is limited.
I don’t know much about cigars but the humidor looks pretty cool.
This seems to be great new addition to the established coffee culture in town.
The team here is outstanding—welcoming, highly skilled, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their expertise shows in every cup they prepare and in how they engage with customers, creating an atmosphere that feels warm and inviting every time.
What sets this café apart is its adaptability. Whether I’m catching up with colleagues, meeting friends, or carving out some quiet time to work, Illy offers spaces that work for every occasion. From the intimate Morning Coffee Room to the bright indoor seating and serene outdoor patio, the layout is designed with versatility in mind.
And the coffee? Exceptional. The signature illy blend delivers every time—full-bodied, smooth, and perfectly balanced, whether it’s a classic espresso or one of their seasonal specialties. You can tell they care about quality, and it shows in every sip.
Illy Coffee At Earth’s End is a real treasure in Princeton. With its thoughtful design, welcoming vibe, and consistently great coffee, it’s a place I find myself returning to often. If you haven’t been, it’s absolutely worth a visit.
They also have a great selection of cigars for the one’s interested.. very nice place to have a relaxing conversation

Ordered the cappuccino. Honestly the coffee tasted a little burnt. I’m ok with bitterness and earthiness in coffee, but this wasn’t for me.
There were no more cookies or pastries. This was later in the day but that was also disappointing.
The outside seating area was super cool, but the chairs were quite uncomfortable. Also it’s right next to the cigar room, so when people go in and out you get the strong smell. Which for me, was quite displeasing.
Staff was nice and kind, and the coffee cups were cute.
I don’t think I’ll be returning.
