They eliminated the cheese pizzas from the hot and ready menu, which gets rid of the convenience of coming here in the first place. Employees have always been great and the pizza is typical little Caesars quality, but there’s not much reason to come back if you strip your menu of the fast convenient food I always get.

After placing an order through the app (which is suppose to made fresh), it took 7 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time it was ready for pick up. Called to complain, got hung up on and then was told they don’t do refunds. They didn’t offer to write it down for a free order of the items for next time, nothing to try and help. Only a you can call again and hit 8 for a complaint. Pissed. I love spending money on food that looks horrible and an employee that could care less. I mean obviously or maybe there would have an attempt made to fix the shortcut they tried for my food.

We walked in, didn’t get acknowledged whatsoever and there was a short wait.
Luckily the pizza was alright
It looked like they needed some extra hands considering there was only one person working the front at the time and from what I could see only one person in the back as well.
We quickly noticed that the woman who was taking the orders seemed a little agitated while the other customer was checking out because she was asking questions about the sides and things you can buy for your food that were on display.
She wasn’t rude directly towards us thankfully but we didn’t feel comfortable asking questions at that point.
After ordering our food and stepping to the side a man walked in behind us and stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged so he walked back out and left.
No “hello”, “be right with you” nothing for anyone. The Customer service was poor.
The phone rang while we were there and the woman didn’t even bother looking at it, just let it continue ringing.
EDIT: this last visit all of the food was delicious, Greasy but delicious!

Always fast and a pleasure when I go here. Staff is under-appreciated by customers, but they do work their butts off!!! Never gotten a wrong order so that’s pretty top-notch in my book. Decently priced and only wait times are on weekend nights or when there are games going on….other than that, no issues!!

This place needs to be investigated. There are little kids running around in the back, the workers are rude and speak foul, and are always outside smoking. The way they speak about people and other businesses is unprofessional. Corporate needs to get involved soon before something serious happens.

Let me pay with my gift cards it is literally money. What is the point of not accepting gift cards. I am a college student that got little caesars gift cards for Christmas and I can’t even use them in store. What is the point? “The owner actually said he isn’t going to be accepting gift cards since the start of this year” okay so don’t own a corporation that sells gift cards and no I do not still want my order. I’m broke and want some comfort bread after I fail an exam, but no I’ll go get my bread from DOMINOS or PIZZA HUT, they actually take gift cards. I’ll spend my money elsewhere for the next 4 years and continue to leave reviews until you fix this. Also your app doesn’t take them either. Stop selling gift cards or accept them. What a joke!

The fella that took my order was very friendly. I told him what I wanted to order, he rang it up and the wait time was exactly what he said. 10 minutes. A quick trip is what it was indeed. April 30, 2023, today, we made a quick trip to pick up a few pizzas for supper and it was a nightmare. We were running on a tight schedule and the timing wasn’t the problem with our visit. We got some old pizza that was so horrible we just had to throw it out. The cheese in the stuffed crust was so dry that it crackled when you took a bite and the cheese was hard and felt like you were chewing a hard piece of candy. But to top it off, the guy that took the order and checked the order by opening up one of the boxes, could not tell the difference between pepperoni and the mystery meat that was on the 3 pizzas. This was the worst pizza ever. And we make a trip over there a couple of times a week and order the same 5 pizzas. I guess the next pizza meal we have will have to come from some place here in town. I am truly disappointed with this visit. September 21, 2024. Today, we took a chance on ordering pizza from here. Seeing how bad our last experience was, we just ordered 4 pizzas that were the same kind, the hot&ready pepperoni. The pizzas were done in the amount of time we were told it was going to be and the pizzas were delicious. THUMBS UP!! THANK YOU FOR UPPING YOUR GAME AND COMING THROUGH FOR US!!
