Looks al lot Hooligan’s to me, but whatever. I highly recommend Hooligan’s. I tried a cheeseburger at Hoolies and I notice its a standard patty more restaurants are using. Better than standard fast food.

They are in dire need of some process improvement. Out of fries and lentil soup. One solo cashier and she has to pour every single drink at the time you order. Now I see why so many restaurants allow self service of drinks. Sooo slooowww. They have a number system to get your food to you, but really dont use it other than giving you the number. They walk around asking, who had the double bacon cheeseburger? Then when they do deliver your food to the table, they dont take the number away. So there were so many numbers sitting on our table, some without food and some with. Seems like a manager problem honestly. The wait staff were nice and the food is always good. But there is a lot of room for improved efficiency

Food is always good but went in for lunch today at 12:20 and it took over 40 minutes to get food. If you only get an hour for lunch you should probably go somewhere else. Lots of irate customers waiting on their food.
