Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

Bought a giant sub last night and it was made incorrectly and even worse was the absolute pathetic amount of toppings. I even paid for extra cheese and got less cheese than I’d expect on a normal sub. For a $3 tip the workers still clearly don’t care enough to make the sub correctly. They clearly don’t give a shit about the quality level of a $25 dollar sub. Complete waste of money and won’t be returning, I’ll try out local sandwich shops from now on

Got The Boardwalk Bundle (#2 Jersey Shore’s Favorite, chips and soda). Good price and always delicious! My go to sandwich place.

I had a great experience at this location! I’m pregnant, and it’s really great that they can heat up the meat for me when I am craving a sub! I got the number 8 and it really hit the spot. The team was all super positive and nice and helped me decide what to get since I had never been there before. It was slightly messy since I went in right after their lunch rush, but I could see people cleaning and working on getting the store back in good shape. It also didn’t deter them from helping me and being patient with my pregnancy brain/indecisiveness. Will definitely be back!

We usually love Jersey Mike’s. However, my hubby stood in line for over 5 minutes and was never greeted or spoken to. They just kept taking online orders and not helping the people inside. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

As someone with celiac disease, eating out can be stressful. The staff at the Spanish Fork Jersey Mike’s went above and beyond to make sure my order was safe. They used separate knives, kept everything on paper, and changed gloves to prevent cross contamination. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!

I am extremely disappointed with this location. Would rate it 0 stars if possible. I was working all day and decided to try and get some food before going home. I am currently pregnant and hadn’t eaten since lunch. I arrived to the Spanish Fork, UT Jersey Mike’s at 8:56pm. I was starving and grateful I arrived before they closed. I went to open the door and it was locked. The lights were turned off but there were 3 employees inside. One of them was even making a sandwich. I started knocking on the door because the front door said they were open till 9pm and so did the website. It took one of the employees 3 minutes to answer the door. During this time I took a picture of the door and the employees inside since it still wasn’t 9pm. At this point it was 8:59pm and one of the employees answered the door. They asked if they could help me and I said “I’ve been waiting here for a few minutes. It’s not 9pm and I want to order a sandwich.” The employee responded that their clock said it was 9pm so they couldn’t make my sandwich. I told them I would be writing a review about how unprofessional their behavior was. Next time I’ll go to Jimmy John’s because they stay open 10 minutes after closing to make sure their customers are served. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Jersey Mikes as well as the employees lying about what time it was. I took a photo with a time stamp on it to literally prove it wasn’t 9pm. Anyways please let the employees who were working on October 19, 2024 know that they turned away a pregnant woman who hadn’t eaten in 8 hours and went home and cried about how she was treated.

It feels like 9 times out of 10 whenever I order the cheesesteak, they get it wrong. I order it with no jalapenos because I don’t have a high spice tolerance. But almost every time it is wrong. As well as ordering longer than 30 minutes in advance is a bad idea because they will make it immediately and it will just sit.
Edit: 0 stars for service. Went to get the sandwich replaced and the worker was upset they had to remake it, tried to lie about when they made it, can’t recommend anything about this store. The one in springville is much better.

We’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s—especially in Pleasant Grove, UT, Springville, UT, and Anaheim, CA. This was our first time trying Spanish Fork. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. It tasted great, but the steak was so full of hard gristle that I had to spit out just about every bite. Everyone else’s sandwiches were great.

Jersey Mike’s never misses. The food? Always fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right. The service? Fast, friendly, and actually makes you feel like they’re happy you came in. Love the subs, love the vibe — it’s my go-to every time.
I order a #9 everytime. Try it with the rosemary parm bread….you’re welcome!
