This was a pretty awkward chipotle experience. All employees seemed unhappy and didn’t want to interact with us. We were first in line and still waited a while to be served. With what seemed like 7 employees in the store, wandering around it was just odd. Our orders we put together with no care and lacked any consistency, such as half a scoop of beans and a scoop and a half of cheese.Then when try to talk to the employee about it, you get no response. Just a very unfriendly and uncomfortable experience. After reading these reviews, it seems it might be a regular thing. Ill probably avoid this location.

I ordered a large quantity of food for my meal prep this week. So much of the chicken is inedible because of the cartilage or tendon or whatever is left inside the chicken. I have had to spit out so many bites of chicken. This has been an issue for as long as I’ve gone to chipotle, but it has been so much more with this specific location. I also did not get the salsa I ordered, and they instead gave me two of the corn salsas, which means my week of meals is essentially flavorless and I had to buy my own salsa on top of it. I am bummed, because I do love the flavors of everything at chipotle, so I get it quite often despite constantly having to spit out bites of chicken.

This chipotle specifically seems to have a problem with judging the amount of food they need. On numerous occasions, I’ve shown up and then not be prepared with food. For some reason, they can’t figure out when to stock the fajita veggies, chicken or steak. Like I said, I’ve shown up a couple times now and they don’t have the food ready. There isn’t a huge rush going on, but it’s definitely dinner time. Not to mention none of the employees look like they’re happy. They seem to be more like robots. The prices continue to go up to so that makes it even more interesting as they should be matching the price with the experience. It’s definitely supposed to be fast food, but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook chicken. corporate definitely needs to come in and either retrain or get new management in there. As this is not typical for chipotles to have this kind of issue.

OK, folks, I’ve decided after giving this location 5 or 6 shots, I’M. JUST. NOT. DOING. IT. ANYMORE. I feel so free to finally make the decision! I am a kind person, and I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this location sucks. My husband and I joke about what this location ISN’T going to have this time. Will they be out of the brown rice, the chicken, the fajita veggies, or how about all three tonight?? They’re turning people away because they don’t have food. They’re open until 11 and it’s still in the 8 o’clock hour! The team has not been trained to anticipate what food should go on the grill and when, and the poor kids working there are running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to save a sinking ship. After two years of hoping this new restaurant could get it together, I’ve determined they can’t. The owner and management should get together with the Chipotle management in Hazel Dell on fifth Street. Now, THAT’S a rockin’ Chipotle, and they deserve high praise!!

Dont use chipotlane. My burrito was entirely wrong and brick cold. One of my burritos had just rice and lettuce and you can tell my the size disparity in photo.
6/12/25 @ 5pm. Crew redeemed themselves. Went inside and the 4 girls on front line did great. Good portions and quick service.

If you’re wanting chipotle don’t go to this one. This is the second time they have failed to give us our queso cheese. They did, however, step up and give us the worst tasting burnt chips I’ve ever had and on top of that the burrito look like it had exploded inside of the aluminum foil so as usual. They pulled off a scorching one star review nothing to be proud of not that that will bother them

Never had a bad Chipotle experience but this is just nasty. Taking a bite into a chicken burrito just to pull out a piece of plastic out of my mouth. Thought it was a big piece of cilantro at first but when I couldn’t chew through it, I realized that it was not in fact cilantro. Called customer service and spent 20 minutes trying to talk to a human. When I did, they offered me 1 free entree. No thanks.

Usually they’re good to get food from (I use the app and I usually get it during the day). Night time though is a bit poor, service-related. I missed out on two items (guacamole and chimichurri) that I paid extra for and that was after receiving my food late.

I had 2 bowls and a burrito and this isn’t it. Tried to call to tell yall but the whole automated machine kept telling me to use the delivery service app for any issues..like it’s packaging issue on your end.
