This place is an absolute gem hidden in southern Illinois. Located in downtown Murphysboro it is an small Irish bar. Owner operator literally has created something special. He makes all his brews which generally are 10 different ones at a time. As the seasons change so does his brews to mark the seasons and that people drink. He designed and made all the furniture and the actual bar itself. Prices are absolutely affordable as well as his 32 oz growlers. He uses his own home grown vegetables in the making of his Jalepeno and Habanero beer. I cannot tell you how awesome and verstile these beers are. Bought a growler each and marinate meat with them for smoking. Fantastic! He made a Belgium beer that rocked. Very rarely can I find a location with flights of beer that I truly like almost all of them, but he nailed this. Cannot wait for fall to go back a drink some of his released scottish ales. 5 stars. When there, talk to him about the beer, he is very knowledgable and friendly!! Will go back everytime I drive through Illinois now!!

Nice little Irish Pub/brewery. I come to Molly’s every time I’m in the area and they never disappoint. I was there last Friday and tried their Reaper Stout. I thought I could handle heat, but that one beat me. Their Mango Habanero beer is good and their Irish Cream Ale is amazing!

11 different beers on tap. Good variety of styles. Everything I had was good. Owners were working the bar (including Molly herself) and took great care of us. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Molly’s is a a great little pub with a relaxed atmosphere and very nice selection of brews. Saw Leight July playing here and loved the entire vibe. A great blend of friends, music and good beer. Hard to beat that

Really great brewery. Definitely among the very best beer in southern Illinois and most breweries I’ve tried throughout the US. Owners are always friendly and care about the community. The atmosphere is typically laid back and welcoming: it’s like going to a friend’s house and drinking some exceptional beer with other laid back folks. Lots of board games and puzzles to choose from if you want something to do.
As a special note: if you like spicy beers, the jalapeño beer and the strawberry ghost are exceptional.
