Unfortunately, one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a while.
Usually a thin-crust Neapolitan guy, so I thought this would be right up my alley. I passed by a few times while walking around the food court, and their pizzas looked great. Nicely charred, visually appealing, and seemingly well-crafted. So I gave it a try. Ordered their popular Hot Johnny (pepperoni) and Wise Guy (white sauce with Italian sausage). But frankly, they were really bad.
The biggest issue was the imbalance. Whoever made the pies couldn’t even get the basic ratio of dough, sauce, and cheese right. The dough was paper-thin, yet instead of adjusting with more sauce or lighter cheese, they barely added any sauce at all. That led to overcooked, rubbery cheese, and a crust that, while shared, remained floppy and flavorless. The Wise Guy pizza in particular was skimpy on the toppings and completely lacked impact. Most bites without toppings were borderline inedible, and I ended up tossing more than half of it.
It’s still relatively affordable, and I suppose you could argue it’s a “healthier” slice. But I’d take a greasy, no-frills slice from a local pizzeria any day over this.

I believe they use Sourdough. And they have the ideal oven which creates the perfect char. A pleasant surprise as I didn’t know this place was going to happen. I am a Pizza Elitist and I thought this was a 7.7. Especially since I wasn’t expecting to even eat Pizza when I entered the Mall it is in. I recommend it if you are a Sourdough lover. If you rock with Regina I feel you will be happy about this. If you’re a Santarpio’s person, this will have too much flavor for you. Let me just put it that way.

I liked the pizza. Some people who were disappointed that this wasn’t greasy thick crust pizza maybe aren’t familiar with the Neapolitan(ish) style. The dough is thin at the bottom (as it should be) and thick/chewy around the edges, and I like having a no cheese option to just enjoy the sauce flavor.

Sadly, the crust is THINNER AND HARDER than it looks. I love chewy, crusty Italian bread and thin crust pizza. But, this dough was stretched too thin, making the ends too hard. ALSO, IT ARRIVED ICE COLD!

Normally I’m a pretty patient guy and don’t mind waiting a little for good food, but this was an awful experience. Went there on a Saturday and the mall wasn’t even busy. It took 30 minutes just to get one pizza, and I wasn’t even given so much as a heads up that it would be a long wait when I ordered. I got the hot Johnny by the way.
The wait wasn’t even worth it either. The crust was soft and chewy, unlike the pictures online would make you believe. The sauce was watery, and overall very oily. I couldn’t even taste any of the hot honey that they put on the pizza.
I would avoid this place and go to dalmoros fresh pasta right next to it, my fiancée got the pasta there and it was so much better and quicker than this pizza.

Exceptional pizza. The dough has the right amount of structure and chewiness with a beautiful char. Pepperonis are those delicious, hard to achieve little cups. The basil and dusting of fresh parmesan are a nice touch.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas with hot honey, and I have to say this was some of, if not the best pizza I’ve had in Boston. The crust was nice and chewy – it was obvious that the dough was cooked hot and fast in a proper oven. The tomato sauce was light and refreshing and the hot honey was plain delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a pizza and salad, pizza was fine issue was with salad.. it was way too much lettuce and a small thing of dressing. When I asked for more dressing the guy was like no, offered to pay for it, no you need to just buy another salad..
