The show was good but the food was practically inedible. The chicken was so overcooked you couldn’t cut it with a knife! I skipped the fish. It didn’t look well. The vegetarian option, Ratatouille was an over cooked mess of squash, zucchini, etc cooked down until it was unrecognizable from 1 vegetable to another.
Told him we had reservations for dinner and he looked at me like a cow looking at a new gate. Finally he said find a table anywhere. As we walked thru, wenoticed that it looks like the carpet hasn’t been cleaned since last time we were there, pre-COVID.
We found a table for the 3 of us and waited to order a drink. . . And waited . . . And waited.
Waitresses walked past our table several times and none spoke a word to us. I finally got up and took a look at the carving station and was very underwhelmed by the empty salad station, shriveled potatoes and small roast they were slicing.
This used to be one of the most impressive Prime Rib dinners available.
We were so disappointed that after more than 30 minutes of being ignored we finally got up to leave.
On the way out I said to the server tapping on the computer that we had a 6:30 reservation and since it was 7:15 we were leaving. She shrugged her shoulders and with a couldn’t care less tone in her voice said “Okay”.
Not sure what has happened, is this the future of dining out?
No management, no supervision, no care to satisfy the customer.
We won’t be going back, and would caution anyone thinking about going.
