The people working were friendly, but the whole bottom of our pizza was covered in black flakes! Huge chunks! They need to either clean their ovens or their party pizza pan! Absolutely disgusting! No clue what was on the top on the pizza box, it was squashed and had legs that looked like a small grasshopper leg! Why would you put food in a box that looked like the one pictured here! I never order from this location because last time half the pizza was raw, unfortunately I mistakenly ordered here instead of the queensbury location! Disgusting!

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I think people should be aware. My girlfriend’s family ordered pizza from Giovanni’s and shortly after, multiple people in the household started getting sick. Most of the family had stomach issues and felt pretty rough for a couple of days but eventually recovered.
Unfortunately, my girlfriend’s son has had it much worse. It started with a severe migraine and stomach problems, and over the last several days it’s progressed into what appears to be serious food poisoning. He’s been dealing with severe stomach pain and ongoing symptoms for almost four days now.
I obviously can’t say with 100% certainty what caused it, but the timing lined up directly after eating here and everyone had been completely fine beforehand. It’s concerning when multiple people get sick after the same meal, and even more concerning that one person is still dealing with severe symptoms days later.
I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously and looks into this so something like this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Ordered an eggplant parm with extra sauce and this is what gets delivered. How would a business think this is acceptable to serve to someone?. I drive over to have it remade. I show him the sandwich and I’m told 30-45 mins to remake.

I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and a drink and it was only $8 you can’t really beat that these days in this economy. The crust was perfect, firm, and crispy which is how I prefer it. Everything was well balanced. There wasn’t to much cheese sauce or topping. The only downside of it all is they were a little on the cool side but they seemed pretty busy with making other orders so its understandable. Also I love how the owner responds to some of these reviews

Most disgusting low grade food I’ve ever received from anywhere and that’s pretty low in this area with all the cheap low grade food places are serving. Almost 100$ order with chicken tenders thin as a piece of paper. Jalapeño poppers that were hollow. 24 cut pizza like card board and as thin as cardboard. I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life. I will be returning all that garbage to the owner tomorrow and getting a refund or police will be called because I was robbed. Do not get food from here, the owner very obviously doesn’t care about quality only making a dollar while ripping people off.

This time we ordered a bbq chicken pizza with bacon and yet again they left the bacon off. This happens with this place constantly but we keep trying to give them a chance, mainly because they’re one of our only options. It’s hard to get what you order and pay for from here I guess. Most of the time they tell you 1hr+ wait just to get lukewarm food. When I tried to call them back the phone was always busy. All I can say is no more.

The pizza is great. Cheese is definitely higher end. Friendly service and well priced.
The only issue I have is the online ordering doesn’t seem to work, everytime I try to order online it will not allow pick up the same day. No worries though, call, the service is fast and friendly, just like calling your favorite pizza place back in the day.

This seems to be an excellent place to get a few slices of pizza or even a whole pie at a decent rate and with good employees.
Speaking from personal experience, the people here are very generous l, at the least, and will likely accommodate you on your order and needs in a dynamic, stellar way.
I personally recommend talking with Justin, whom I dealt with myself, but I’m sure anyone would do well at this establishment!

Just grabbed a couple slices pizza was good and it was $8 for 2 slices and a can of soda , you can’t get lunch under 10 bucks many places.
