BRACELET FOUND IN FRIES. Wasn’t given receipt so I can’t get help from corporate. Have proof of purchase on my card on 02/13/2026 @ 3:37pm. My husband was eating his fries and pulled this clasp bracelet out of the bottom of the container when he had already almost finished them. Wearing this type of jewelry isn’t acceptable when handling food for this reason.

When you get home and see this…it was so bad it was funny. Fries were old, red heated up. Ordered a medium onion ring and got a small, and then there’s this. Probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever gotten when eating fast food. My husband and I both got the same meal, and yes they were both on this. The lady at the window was alright though, no issues with her, just with this. Y’all got a fix this.

I would avoid this location at all costs. Hearing employees talk about having food ready “before the timer goes off” sounds like a pretty serious health code & food safety violation to me. I ordered my meal at 8:25. I received it after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES. I cannot recall a single time I’ve ever had a decent experience here. The BK app won’t issue a refund, either. Will not return – ever.

Horrible to have to wait in drive thru almost 45 minutes for food just to get home and have it wrong. I ordered a whopper jr with cheese no tomato and no pickles and had a huge tomato on there. Couldn’t even touch the sandwich any further to take a picture since I was alone and very allergic to tomatoes. Just a pregnant lady who was trying to raise my blood sugar since I had been shopping all day and it was ruined, the cashier was nice though. Not her fault management lacks staff.

I had the worst experience there, as I walked in I saw a dead rat right next to the door. Both the ice machines were broken and the soda machine had crud on it. I gave my drink away because I did not feel safe drinking it. There was this very large individual sweating with unclean hands handling food and he was very unsanitary. The manager had repeatedly told me sorry about her staff and that they were “useless”. I felt very unsafe in there and couldn’t even eat my food. If that wasn’t bad enough I had waited 10 minutes for 1 thing and there were only 2 other customers in the Burger King.

Chicken sandwich was way too salty. Medium fries were a small size. Asked for a small cup to get water and they wanted to charge for it. I definitely will not be back to Burger King.

This location is one of the worst locations! 5-15 mins sitting at the speaker because the employees cannot take care of more than 1 car start to finish at a time! They cannot take an order while waiting on food to be ready for the car at the window. I have given this location multiple chances and they show me why I go to the one at Northline & Allen if I want BK which is out of my way! This location should just close down because they cannot be making money if they can’t keep customers!

The Worst Impossible Burger EVER! This hard brick should’ve been thrown away and not served. The cooks need to take a class on how to cook the impossible meat because it is not beef and shouldn’t be cooked as long. Fast food workers want $15 an hour but cant grill a pattie. This location has become the worst.
This place gets worse and worse. These are the worst cookies I’ve ever had, anywhere. Over baked & not edible at all. Done with this BK.
