Had a brilliant meal from Namaste Khandallah. Ordered fully vegan and all were excellent. Ordered a soya masala which was delicious, with a generous amount of soya chunks which were really tender. It’s unusual to find so many vegan options, with tofu, soya and jackfruit alongside usual vegetable dishes. Also ordered a vegan mango lassi which was great too! Service was friendly and order was ready within 20 mins for pick up and was super hot and fresh. Thanks for having so many great options for vegans and for marking so clearly. One of the best Indian takeaways I’ve ever had!

Went for dinner here with my mum and had a really great time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Sophie was our waitress and she was lovely, really friendly and attentive. The entire team was super nice and made us feel really welcome.

Amazing meal, spice level hot was great but if you’re a spice lover I’d say Indian hot is worth a try, Naan was lovely in flavour and texture, I’d love a bit more char though personally, Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma were the best we’ve tried so far in wellington.
I didn’t catch the name of the man serving but he was lovely, overall a great experience, will absolutely eat here again.

Fantastic meal at Namaste! Highly recommended for good food, incredible service and a lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent and we felt really looked after. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. Great wine list and friendly, attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed. Even provided complimentary bowl of ice-cream as we were celebrating a birthday. A lovely touch and much appreciated. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a lovely night out!

What an impressive little gem. Not only was the food incredible but the dine-in experience was so special. We got a little soup taster when we sat down and the staff were attentive and hospitable. So many fun items on the menu, and interesting platters flying out to tables that made us want to try everything. Beautifully presented and delicious. Oh and the sunset streams straight into the restaurant. Loved it, a new favourite.

The food was great. However unfortunately for this meal the service let us down. I had to wait in the restaurant for one and a half hours for our take away meals to be ready. The staff were very apologetic but there wait times were way off. Most of the seated customers had eaten and gone while I waited. If I knew it was an hour plus I could have gone away and come back. Some of the dishes had cooled that we got and one dish was missing from our order. That dish was delivered to our house within 15 minutes when we told them.
We like the restaurant and food and hopefully they will improve the timing advice for customers on super busy days.

My experience with Namaste Restaurant was excellent. Had dinner there with my family this evening.The food was flavourful and fresh, everything we ordered was well prepared and delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Thank you Namaste for giving us such a beautiful experience ❤️

First time ordering a takeaway from this place. It’s easily the best I’ve had in Wellington and my new favourite. I’ve never given much thought to onion bhaji but this place does the best ones I’ve ever had – they’re just perfect.

This Indian restaurant is truly one of a kind! Their menu is so extensive and unique that I discover new dishes I’ve never even heard of every time I visit—it’s such an exciting culinary adventure. As picky eaters, this has become our absolute favorite spot in Wellington. The flavors are rich, authentic, and cooked with love, and their desserts… wow! Pure indulgence and utterly unforgettable. Every visit feels special, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

After 2 years of driving / walking past this place we finally decided to check it out. Epic friendly service – great tasting food, very affordable and even better a kids menu. Chicken Tikka for entrée “a must”. Comes out on a sizzling hot plate. Also liked that they offered a side of extra chilli for the Vindaloo to kick it up a couple of gears.
