My partner and I stopped in for a quick bite and stumbled upon this place by chance—and I’m so glad we did! I ordered the vermicelli with BBQ pork, and honestly, it was one of the best Vietnamese dishes I’ve had in a long time. The imperial roll was perfectly crispy and fresh—absolutely delicious. The waitress was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions. I’m so happy to have found my new go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine!

Mai Thi – A Hidden Gem in Riverview!
As someone on a gluten-free diet, I was absolutely stoked about their menu — so many delicious gluten-free options! It was my first time having a banh mi, and their gluten-free bread is incredible. They also offer gluten-free imperial rolls, a variety of gluten-free desserts, pizza crust, and even gluten-free bread to go.
The staff is amazing, the space is spotless, and it’s comfortably air-conditioned. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very attentive staff, relaxing and accessible atmosphere, food was fresh, flavoursome and generous portions (two of the three of us had enough to take home for another meal). If you are comparing this to fast food prices this isn’t the place for you, but we feel the pricing was on par with most places of similar quality and service, and in actuality we were able to make 5 meals out of 3 orders so when that is considered, very affordable. Would recommend! ☺️
