I ordered Marcos last night for one small reason. That small reason was why I spent almost $40 on food last night. Well that small reason was missing from my order. I called to let them know my item was missing. I asked if they could just redeliver my missing item. I was told “ummm ummmm ummmm ummmmm” on the phone so I asked again, in simplified terms because my question seemed too complex for the girl. She tells me my driver is supposed to be off work already, and he still has a couple of things to do at the store before he leaves. But “MAYBE” he can bring me my missing items before he leaves. Or maybe he can do his duties first and then bring me my missing items on his way home?!?!?
So I asked if that means I have to wait until after closing for the rest of my order? She says no.
11pm came, still no delivery of my missing items. I called the store, it rang for 2 whole minutes, nobody answered.
I then waited another 30 minutes (it’s 1135pm at this point) before I touched my food. My missing items never came. I ate my food cold.
And it wasn’t even enjoyable. The crust on my pizza was humongous, and the actual pizza part was small, and the chicken tasted off like maybe it was expired.
The rest of my order was fine, and I will say it arrived pretty quickly.
But the customer service is awful here. They will not make things right. They will keep you waiting and you will not enjoy your pizza hot. They won’t even offer you a remake.
And the survey they tell you to fill out online doesn’t even work properly. So I’m stuck leaving my review public. Which I did not want to have to do, yet here I am. Sorry Marcos, I won’t be ordering from or recommending you anymore.
Please give him a raise!! He definitely derserves it!!!
