Haven’t been to Baja Fresh in years but remembered really good nachos. I got some nachos and fajitas. Nachos were worse than Taco bell quality. Fajita steak (not sure if it can be called meat) must have been cooked a couple days ago and heated in the microwave. Threw most of it away. Only ate some of it because I was starving after a 4 hour mountain bike ride. Cost about $45. Will not go to Baja Fresh again!!!

I recently went to Baja Fresh in San Clemente after skipping it as a choice for about a year. I was impressed with the quality and flavor of the food – definitely an improvement from past experiences. I ordered the grilled fish taco combo plate and it wound up being enough food for dinner plus lunch the next day. The food was fresh and tasty. I’ll be going back soon!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The food is always so fresh and delicious and the quantities are generous. Our favorite dishes are chicken and Carnitas fajitas for my husband and son. I eat vegetarian so I get a side salad with black beans and loaded up with the fresh pico de gallo and guacamole. The staff is so friendly. Maz Especially has such a great attitude and is so helpful! This is been a favorite of ours for years and we will continue to go there at least a couple of times a month. Outdoor dining is delightful with the ocean breeze and umbrellas.

As good as I remember. Closest one to me closed. My family with two teenage boys enjoyed it. Always a nice selection of salsas. Outdoor seating was great since we had our dog.

I called this morning to place a catering order. They do not open until 10:30 but the phone was answered on the second ring, at 10:18 am, with a pleasant employee on the line. I couldn’t remember her name, but want to recognize her and her positive, can do attitude. She was VERY patient, kind and helped me through the entire ordering process. I was ordering a catering platter and an individual meal for a work luncheon this afternoon. She never made me feel like I needed to call once they had opened. It’s rare to get great service these days so I wanted to make sure she knows how much I appreciated it today! Kudos to you and your team!

When I lived in SoCal 20 years ago, Baja Fresh used to be my favorite Mexican quick serve restaurant. I was excited to try it again, but alas, it didn’t live up to the memory. It was good, but no better than the burritos from Freebirds I can get here in Texas.

Food is pretty good but this place is way way way overpriced. I took my family of four there and spent $71 and that’s with no drinks just water. We will probably never go there again. There’s some authentic sit down Mexican restaurants we go to and we can have more food and waiter service for about the same price or less. I’m not sure how Baja Fresh is still in business. They need to find a way to cut their expenses and lower their food prices or in a few years they will be gone for good!
