We go here about twice a month. Every single time, the fries are FRESH, the people working are joyful, the burgers are great. I’ve never had a bad experience with this Wendy’s (can’t say the same for others).

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This has got to be the worst place to eat in town. We’ve tried it a few times since the reopening, and every time has been awful, they take forever even though there’s no other customers, then when you do get your food, it’s cold and stale. I’m not sure what all the waiting is for if the food is still gonna be cold, not to mention they’re extremely rude. Any time you’re ordering for more than one or two people they get extremely annoyed and rude. They will also without a doubt forget one of your items or all of your sauces, and then have an attitude When you come back around the drive-thru to get your missing items.

Stood there for 20 minutes and still didn’t have my order taken. And we were the only people in the lobby and only 1 car in drive through. When my family tried to leave they had locked to door to the building locked, locking us in the store. That’s a safety hazard for sure. Won’t be stopping here anymore, this location hasn’t been good in awhile. Time to close.

Ordered food, paid for it, got home and discovered the spicy chicken we had only contained a bun, a spot of mayo and a piece of chicken. I called the store back and was at that time informed that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. I can understand when you run out of supplies that is not my issue. I am upset that I paid full price for meals that were stripped down to a bun, a spot of sauce and a piece of meat with no warning that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. And no offer of recompense. Bad business for a store that just recently reopened. Extremely dissatisfied…
