This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had at Papa Zones in Hannibal, Missouri. The pizza was undercooked, with dough that was still raw in the middle, and it was absolutely covered in jalapeños—so many that it was impossible to enjoy. It felt like no care went into making it. Very disappointed and definitely not what I expected when ordering pizza here.

10/10 Hands Down PAPAJOHNS here in Hannibal is the best!! Excellent Pizza, Fresh ingredients always cooked to Perfection!! The Staff is always kind and courteous and make you feel at home. Never again. They had an incident tonight which I understand so I had to wait extra time for my food. No big deal but you would think that waiting that time, you would get the right food. No, he tried to tell me they no longer sold that pizza. But he made it anyways, because it’s still on their site. But it didn’t have the salami. The pizza was pretty bare. We didnt get all of our dipping sauces either. We i called to talk with the manager he was very rude. We live over a hour away didnt want to help or make it right. I will never come back here.

Ordered pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. The delivery driver was very nice. When we opened the pull aparts some of it was missing. After I called the store and talked to the manager on duty she was willing to send a new one out to us, which I declined because I didn’t want to make the nice driver do that, she started off with a defensive statement of explanation instead of a proper customer oriented response. The only sorry I got was almost an after thought as she hung up. I asked for a refund but she stated that the “system would not allow them to do that.”. After 16 years in customer service it’s just tragic to see how bad the art of providing customer satisfaction has fallen.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this particular Papa John’s in Hannibal. If you are looking for consistently good pizza in the Hannibal area I would have to recommend this Papa John’s. Their service has always been great for us and even if there has been a problem they have always made it right. So as the commercial tagline says, Papa John’s “we’re doing it better” you can trust, that for this location, that is true!

Id give this place a zero if I could. The fact that they stay in business baffles me. Couldn’t switch my payment method after realizing I made a mistake. Had the door dasher outside of my house for almost 20 minutes because she was the only person willing to help me even attempt to fix this. It’s a damn shame because it used to be my favorite pizza place. Now it’s run poorly and they don’t give a shit about customer service. Never again will I even think to order from this dumpster fire. Whoever answered the phone tonight couldn’t be unconvinced more by me calling to try to get it resolved. 0 out of 10.

I will start off saying this location has gotten worse since before covid. Papa Johns pizza is still amazing pizza and good wings but don’t ever order extra sauces or drinks for delivery. They will forget them, I have resorted to mostly doing pickups and double checking the boxes myself to make sure I get any extra sauces or drinks. Getting 2 sauces out of 10 that you ordered for 5 people just won’t do. I can that all but one of that drivers has been incredibly nice though.

The online ordering service us off shore & doesn’t work well. Calling the local phone number gets off shore ad well, hard to understand. If you call the local number, then hit #5, you will get the local person & that works perfectly every time. Great pizza & good prices.
