New Owners. Glad to see this location reopened for the season. Sundaes are well proportioned. Their menu is easy to navigate and service was prompt. Seating area available and ample parking. First visit of many for the season.

They now have Hershey’s ice cream. They make different flavored Dole Whips which they advertise on the sign out front on route 96. I had a flavor called brown sugar bourbon truffle and it was delicious. Friendly staff.

Went there this evening around 8pm looking for something sweet since other options were closed. This is the second time I’ve been there in the past couple of weeks and service was VERY slow and it seemed like the employees weren’t really sure of what they were doing. Ordered a medium upside down and was given a banana boat instead, not a huge deal but it was spilling over the sides and made a mess. No gloves were worn at all in the making of this, and the banana was cut in the back? A little odd. Also asked for extra strawberries instead of pineapple and it seemed like I got less strawberries than what is in a regular scoop. A friend ordered a medium twist in a dish with a cone and it was very small for the the amount we were charged, good thing it was going in a dish because the ice cream would not have stayed on the cone otherwise. The vanilla ran low and the employee needed to add mix. In the process, she accidentally poured the mix over her bare hand while pouring it into the machine. Gross.

This ice cream shop seems to be the only place still open in the area at this time of the year- went to four other places, all closed for the season. There was a long line, and we waited for about half an hour for our ice cream, but can’t complain much – there is only one young girl serving an endless line, she’s a trooper! Portion of is very generous and very reasonably priced too.

I have been coming here, on and off, since I was a toddler, and it has always been awesome. They are quick and efficient, and I have never had a reason to complain. The quality has always been great, and this is my preferred ice cream stop when I am in Owego.

Stood in line for twenty minutes waiting for 3 people that were together to get ice cream and then the employee looked past us after already acknowledging us and asked the man who walked in 30 seconds prior what he wanted. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not go back.. I couldn’t figure out how to reply to you so hopefully you see this edit. We loved going to you last year. We aren’t sure what time we went through but it was maybe 45 minutes before sunset

Sadly, the vintage memorabilia is no longer here but, in its place, is a New Younger generation that are Always Very friendly and full of suggestions if needed. We are fortunate to have multiple choices close by to fill our need for sweet frozen treats, and this location Will Not disappoint, even if a machine is broken down, LOL. As for portions…. think small and bring an empty stomach!

Great prices, top notch flavors of ice cream. The selection is pretty big. They have a houseboat in their backyard that you can walk on. There is a lighthouse here too. Also, some nostalgic things like an old gas pump, and other antique memorabilia. Definitely worth your time. Great ice cream, cool things to see. I would suggest a stop here!!!!!

Lots of options and flavors to choose from. Well staffed and orders came out efficiently. The new owners enclosed the front of the building which allows you to see all the flavors and them making your food. Wish the new owner folks lots of success
