We went for the food. It was everything my foodie friend claimed. Excellent in every way.
Service from the moment we entered until we departed, including at leaving, was friendly, attentive, and timely.
Great atmosphere, & comfy seating though booths may be a little tight for bigger guests. We made it work just fine though. There are tables too!
Server was great, & friendly. Checked in just the right amount of times & helped with a few recommendations.
All four of us shared 2 orders of the Chips & Dip (subbed queso on both). The guac is so good!! I could eat it every day. For entrees the other two in our party had 3 tacos each. The first had Firecracker Shrimp, Sesame Chicken, Barbacoa which they loved the shirmp & chicken, barbacoa with a side of rice, they weren’t a huge fan of but said it was still good. Second had the Firecracker Shrimp, Spicy Fried Chicken, & Guava BBQ Pork with a side of a corn bread cake & they said it was all delicious. My husband had the 3 Birria Tacos & loved the dipping sauce that came with them as well as the flavor of the tacos. I had the Sesame Chicken Bowl which was fantastic. The chicken was juicy & flavorful, rice was great, the slaw had a surprise kick from jalapenos so watch out for that if you don’t like spice!! The only bummer which doesn’t deserve a star loss is the beans were a little lack luster for me. Just a tad more seasoning is needed but good mixed in with the rice & a little queso.
I also had a margarita called the Hot Honey Peach & it was phenomenal!! The sweetness of the peach juice hits you first then after you feel the touch of heat from the hot honey. It’s subtle so it doesn’t stop you from wanting more.
Can’t wait to come back & try something else from the menu!
The space is nice, lacks personality but is new and clean. Service was friendly but when you walk in the first table appears to be the employee break room, a distracting cluttered gathering spot. Overall the food is fine but we didn’t leave feeling like we had a $55 lunch before gratuity – not sure what the value proposition is here. Check them out before they’re gone but you’re more likely to catch us eating HH tacos at Birch’s or enjoying the better experience and value offered at Rojo’s.
Didn’t take long and the food was hot. Went home, as I was finally getting settled and ready to eat.
I smell Onions! I looked at my receipt, documented just as I requested. SOOOO, I have to get settled and pack up the food and go back to the restaurant.
I entered and asked to speak with the manager, to explained the situation.
No Yelling or Going Off (At least not yet).. I wanted to give them a chance to correct the error.
The manager came up I requested my food be made over the way it was recorded on the receipt.
The was happy to correct the situation. They offered me pop as I waited!
Not only did the manager make the corrections exactly how I requested in the beginning. They gave me a Gift Card for the inconvenience.
We found this place 3 days ago and have been here every day since. Everything in the menu is amazing and delicious. We’ve tried to order different things each time.
