Just terrible customer srvice. She was an elder Indian woman working on Sunday evening 07/27/25. Not only was she careless coughing but didnt even bother to close my sandwich. I had to reassemble my subway sandwich after opening it

The customer service was required good, we visited this place for a breakfast after a long travel, we were happy to eat a lot, we ordered a salad and the lady here was extremely happy to help and suggest any good additions to the salad and it was a chicken salad which was really delicious and yummy, we took a coke which has free refils too. On a whole it was a yummy experience.

Got scammed, I got an footlong meal of the day, on the app and on the board said 9.99 but they charged me 10.99 w/o tax. Women on the counter is not helpful and said her boss put the price on the machine.

Went into the subway, ordered a veggie footlong with veggie patty. Got charged $16.20, I always get the veggie footlong and it’s usually $10-$11 but this lady charged me $16.20 so I asked for the receipt. She charged me for a chicken teriyaki sub… she claimed there’s no veggie patty option so she charged this. This isn’t right, get this resolved. Never had any issues at any other subways before

I ordered online through subway app and the worker didn’t give my order to DoorDash guy and they said that this is pick up order and I can’t give it to you and then dasher called me and told me that this person is not agreed to give me the package and they canceled my order and also they didn’t give me my money back this is ridiculous and when I talk to the manager at that time they said you have to talk to the subway franchise about this because you ordered from the online app I have all proof but they don’t want to listen anything when I trying to do dispute my charges they said you have to talk to the merchant

As having worked at a different subway location in the past, this location deserves 0 stars. Whenever I order from this location whether its online or in person, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. My previous order was for turkey & pepperoni, toasted. I got turkey & uncooked BACON. I did a contact us on the website, then had to follow up over a month later & finally got a response. They sent my message to the manager of this location and the email I received looked like it was copied and pasted from whatever they have pre-written & offered me a free replacement. Why would anyone want to go back to a location that has rude staff who makes errors so often that they’re either not caring at all or theyre trying to mess orders up? Maybe my expectations are too high because the Subway I used to work at had staff that actually cared about the food & customers.
I have meat allergies. Pepperoni does not affect me, but bacon does. I could not eat the sandwich at all, and had to throw it away. I should not feel like I need to inform staff of my allergies when I did not order anything I am allergic to. They should be following the order, not doing whatever they decide.
