Although they didn’t have apple pies, they were very accommodating and exchanged it for something else. Their customer service was impeccable. They actually perfected my semi-sweet tea and had no problem providing me a creamer on the side! Will definitely return again!!

This location is my go to when I don’t feel like cooking lol, it’s also one of the only fast food places in the area which is still wild to me. The building is on the smaller side, but they do have a two lane drive through, It’s on a smaller lot, so it’s makes it a little difficult when in the drive thru line depending on the time of day. Service is usually great, only issue I tend to have is the microphone is bad quality so sometimes you have to repeat what you said for them to hear you. At the end of the day, that slows down operations. Food is always hot/warm when I go which is a plus. They tend to make the order right, but mistakes happen when rushing to push people through the drive thru. Always use the app in my opinion or you’ll get robbed blind with the inflation of everything lol. Usually they have decent deals like “Free Fries or 20% Off Your Entire Order”. They did refurbish this location to have the digital menu screens inside and out, and it does have a small space for outdoor eating. The street lamps have also been upgraded to LEDs as well. Overall it’s a solid location with minor complaints, and the food is fast food so it is what it is lol.

Missed multiple items on my order two days in a row. Second day had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get the missed items and even then they didn’t give the correct items. Hahaha can’t make this shit up.

Terrible service was given an attitude because they didnt give me a sandwich I ordered and the one making the sandwich was in the back calling me a lair. After spending $35 I expect my food to be correct in not get an attitude like im trying to get a free sandwich if I was gonna do that then why spend so much money in the first place. Plain rude girl at the drive thro. except for 1 guy who was fake nice but in a good enough way. This happens alot at this store that we now have to always check our stuff at the window before we leave

It’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re going to get food-wise.
Management-wise, they seem to severely understaff their employees. I placed a mobile order for pickup 5 minutes before arriving to the restaurant, with the app seeing that I was on my way and notifying me that the restaurant would start preparing my order.
I had to wait over 15 minutes after getting to the restaurant to get my food. I’m so tired of these chains continually raising prices and then giving worse/slower service.

Me and my husband come here whenever we’re too tired from work to cook. Always good and the staff is always so nice. Only complaint is sometimes they go a little easy on the salt on the fries but otherwise one of the best McDonald’s

Asked my wife to pick up some McDonald’s on the way home with my card and she orders 2-2 hash browns a sausage egg McMuffin and a bacon egg cheese McMuffin when she arrives home we noticed the sausage egg McMuffin was no where to be found in the bag. This is literally the 3rd time we have ordered from this particular McDonald’s and missing items I ordered and payed for which can become bad real quick since at this point this McDonald’s is literally stealing money from me.
