Not gone lie had an issue w8th my order but it was never in the store it was the website… I usually just post but this papa jons has always helped me outbwhen an orde was wrong. No arguement just fixes the order. Mind you i had a large order akd the woman corrected it instsntly which she always does if theres a problem. They are very pleasant and nice people. The only pizza spot in vineland i woukd go to!!! Did i forget to mention inordered online for delivery and my food was hot like it came strsight outnof the oven!!! Highly recommend

I read the reviews and realized most people like to complain. Read some of the negative reviews from the person and then go to their profile and they’re all complaints.
I ordered on the app for ASAP thinking it would take about 30 minutes and it was ready in less time.
I get there about 10 minutes after it was done and the drove home another 15 minutes and the food was all hot and delicious.
We had 3 different pizzas. One everything, one olive and one pepperoni. Had 6 chipotle wings, cheese bread and brownies.
Everything was great. The pizza was delicious! The wings had plenty of sauce.
Definitely coming back. Fast, delicious and friendly.
The app worked great too!

These were the jalapeño bites I received. They were raw and tasted awful. Jay the store manager said he’ll refund me but can’t give me any confirmation in regards to the refund..

Absolutely abysmal service. Walked in with $75 worth of gift cards (confirmed amount before leaving my house), swiped the cards & the transaction failed. Quick balance check online revealed the cards were now all at $0 balance. Was told to call customer service or check my transaction history. Didn’t offer a number to call. And when asked why the balance went to $0 after swiping through their system was shouted at & dismissed with a wave of the hand as they pulled my order off the counter. Will NEVER come to this location again.

Honestly, took way too long to write this review. Pizza has been bad and below average for the last 3 years, dk why I still give this PJs the time of day. Order from them and from grub hub and 9x out of 10 we don’t get the extra 8 sauces we pay for, which are extremely over priced. Never the guy to give a bad review when it’s not really needed but wow it’s been years and y’all never changed. Hopefully something changes, y’all are genuinely bad. No excuses. UPDATE: 06/09/25 some things never change. Thought I learned my lesson, still went went back. Pizza was much better but didn’t come as New York style as requested and paid for. Browse the pictures of the sauces please. Mind you it cost $1.25 PER SAUCE. Also paid for a single garlic Parmesan sauce that didn’t even come. Might as well add that I called after placing an order to make sure they didn’t forget the extra sauces because it happens so much. Hate to be such a complainer but WOW can you guys get a grip after all these years? I hope people read this review and pray that a higher up would see this. Seriously,

I ordered online for delivery which was supposed to be here in half hour but wasn’t when I called they kept telling me 10 minutes now it’s almost over a hour. So i just just said I’m coming in to pick up the pizza was cold after they kept giving me the run around. I ordered from here so many times they are not the same anymore

This is atleast the third time I have ordered from this place in recent months, and every time they short me on sauces that I pay extra for. $1.25 for a tiny cup of sauce, but I pay it, and don’t even receive it. Bought 4 extra cups, did not even get the 2 that came with the order. Ridiculous.
Edit: still just as bad. I have now had to make sure i carry out instead of delivery to gwt my sauce cups, but they are all AT MOST half way full. For $1.25. I eat pizza every day, and would be a great customer, but this location has lost my business.

Pizza looked horrible (typical pepperoni) and tasted disgusting. Wings were horrible as well. Not worth 35$ at all!!!!! It was never like this from what I remember. Grant it, I haven’t order from there for about a yr and change but still. Will never go back.

So I ordered a small pizza instead of a large Cheese Pizza on accident. Manager couldn’t alter my order bc its on DoorDash so, comped me a medium pizza with my toppings in addition to my small pizza and the rest of my order. Very kind and helpful
