This is why they need staff cleaning repeatedly. Homeless coming in with dirty cups and nobody cleans or wipes after them. That bathroom is rarely cleaned and all the stuff that happens in there is mind blowing.

This has to be the WORST mc donalds. Took about 10 minutes to wait on my mobile order at the spot when i placed it 10 minutes in advance . I wonder why when you have workers face timing on the phone and another on the phone & another bringing her kid to work.

Hi I’ve been to this McDonald with Barbara D in last November when I was so hungry and with a tight budget. I live around the corner.
Four stars because it’s always sooo busy and not always clean. The accessibility is good because you don’t always have to order at the counter. There are stations where I can order manually. Also there are no steps so wheelchair accessible. I ordered the 20 chicken chicken nugget pack and it was delicious! What sauce did I get? I got barbecue…the classic combination is pretty good…

So Barbara D’s opinion of this: “I don’t like hamburgers and they have pretty good other stuff… but very unhealthy even without a burger. But we all know that so surprises. I get black coffee ☕️and a chicken salad with thousand island dressing.”

Overall, good food cheap busy and unhealthy.

Food is always cold, the biscuits are stale, and this time the biscuit wasn’t even packed with the order. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every visit. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Yesterday I was rob in this store by some homeless individuals asking to help them with food. Horrible place. I ask Manager and employees for help and they treat me as I was the criminal. No help, no sympathy. They leave all this individual take over the waiting area of their establishment at 608 West 207 St. and they don’t do anything. Please don’t go to this place it should be close permanently. BE VERY CAREFUL AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!!

This place has gotten worse, if it’s possible!!! To give you an example of how bad this place is…I walk in and there are at least 8 people waiting to place their orders. There are NO employees standing by the cash registers. Instead, there are about 5 employees talking to each other. I announced/requested “Can someone take our orders?” One employee looked at me and smiled, but resumed her conversation with the other 4 employees. Again, I make the same announcement/request, this time not even an acknowledgement from any of the 5 employees that are standing right behind the counter. The 8 or so customers are all nodding their heads up and down both times I make the request for someone to take our orders. I looked towards the back and saw at least 6 more employees working at various stations. Fed up, I walked out and got pizza instead. I would NEVER take anyone here to eat!!!!

This McDonald’s is good, fast, and is at a good location and the workers are kind. But my only problem is that the workers don’t wear gloves while preparing and making the food which makes me concerned.

This place says it’s open 24hrs it really isn’t cause at 1am they shut everything down to start cleaning for the morning serving breakfast ask me how I know that is because I placed an online order through the app at 3am during my break for the $8 Big Mac combo the order went threw saying your meal is being prepared so I showed up around 3:40 or 3:45 cause I took my break late unfortunately and gas told when I arrived that they shut everything down at 1 and they stopped serving so I asked why did you take my online order if you shut everything down at 1am of course she looked at me with no answers threw the side window and she has the nerve to tell that I can get my food tomorrow so I looked at her like I’m hungry now are you serious mature person in me walked away and said not a problem I called corporate and now I’m writing this review
