Well, I tried this spot because I wanted some fried okra honestly. On that front, I was not disappointed. The portion they gave was enough to feed 2 and still have leftovers; and they were crunchy, not soft.
Ordered fries overlooking they came with the meal, but it was fine.. they were not well seasoned though..
While the crunch and texture of the chicken and shrimp were there, the flavor was LACKING. The wings were also on the smaller side.
The customer service is also where things took a dive. They only have 2 people working. There were people waiting outside in their cars, as well as inside before and after I left. I arrived 5 mins after my order was to be ready and had to wait another 15.
For the amount of traffic they want to attract, 2 people isn’t enough. Let’s be real…Especially with the young man and woman working there last night. She cared more about “if it’s possible to be in love with 2 people at once” than getting the drive thru and counter orders out.
They have a good variety on their menu but, Idk if this place is worth going back to try more …. unless it’s when they first open and don’t have many orders since they are so slow?
Clean on the inside though. Space to sit and eat there if you decide.

First time customer here , we ordered 2 of the 3 whole wings & fries with bread. Received this old chicken with halfway done fries & no bread. Total waste of money. Also called the store twice to report it and it’s busy.

The food is good. Everything seasoned. Hot. Freshly made you can hear the oil in the back. Restaurant was clean. Service was great!

I’m giving this restaurant a 4 star because I’m from Chicago and this place is dope when you’re in a pinch. Great specials on Uber eats, the food comes quickly. But asking for extra mild sauce on your food is treated like sin. It’s pretty ridiculous. The wings are a bit small, but they are fried crispy and have good flavor. The fish is top tier and the menu options are nice. But seriously, stop playing with my mild sauce.

Ordered takeout through drive thru. 3 of us ordered catfish, whiting, shrimp, chicken wings, onion rings & onion hush puppies. Everything was hot, fresh, crispy and seasoned perfectly! Was surprised by the touch of lemon pepper, as not many places use it, but the addition was absolute perfection! Each plate was large enough to have served at least 2 people, we have leftovers for tomorrow. We will definitely be back. Everything is fresh and made to order, including the tarter and cocktail sauces, so please expect the wait time to reflect that as it is well-worth that wait!

Ordered the Catfish (not really catfish) and Shrimp plate and highly disappointed. The fries were half done and what they said is catfish is really SWAI. The crust was golden and fried just right but looks can be deceiving because once you bite into it you know it isn’t real catfish. Will not recommend this place.

The wings, fish, & fries we had were immaculate! We compared it to our favorite wing spot, JJs fish and chicken, which says a lot.
Also, for anybody complaining about the size of the wings, they must like those big steroid type of wings (which we hate). The wings were sized perfectly, and a 10-piece fed both of us. Had a modest lemon pepper flavor, and tasted good when warmed up later as well.
We’ll be coming back!

From the outside looks good but the inside and service is far from it. It was my 1st in this business and 1st time trying Chicago style wings and was highly disappointed. The gentleman at register didnt explain any of the items or how they come i had drag the explanations out of him to know how they came then I sat down in an empty restaurant and saw how filthy the tables where the floor full of crumbs and paper which I thought to myself maybe because there’s only 2 employees working they are short handed but than saw the guys watching the phone and not cooking i thought ok 12 15min is how long wings take 40min later hes asked me if he gave me my order I said no thats why im still here he asked me for my order cus he lost it then they rush it burn it and tasted like nothing but burnt wish this could be a better review but has to be done sorry owners fix the issues good luck

Put in a pre-paid pick order via uber eats for 6 wings & fries, walked in 30 minutes later & they had just began cooking it when I walked up the register… so I waited an extra 20 minutes to get my food. The food should have been done when I arrived. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything complimentary. Just horrible customer service. Also didn’t follow the instruction I left in the notes for the seasoning. This is not how we handle things at a Chicago style restaurant.
Then the cashier had the nerve to ask me “How long do you think you’ve been waiting?” Brother, you’re the one who told me to wait & saw my order via UberEats.
