My pizza was not even cut. My pizza cutter is broken so this was hard to cut with a knife. Also, the pizza crust had a cardboard-like taste and texture to it. No one could eat it. It was a waste of $30. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I was very disappointed with Russellville, AR Papa John’s.

First off I want to say, I screwed up the street number for delivery by assuming that the front desk person knew the correct address because I have never been here. The pizza was delivered to the wrong hotel. I contacted the door dasher and received no reply. I called the hotel and the front desk person said the driver left with the pizza. I was willing to wait for a correction without issue but I called the store 4 different times and the phone just rang and rang. How can I get something corrected when I can’t get in touch with anyone. I ordered at another restaurant.

Just tried to order a pizza from them and because I told him to make for sure that when they have to redeliver it, it’s fresh because they’re charging me $50. The manager says he’s gonna cancel my order. The manager‘s name is Carl Carl, White Cole White you’re a terrible manager and we will be speaking to your district manager and for anybody order the pizza with Papa John’s. Hope you get your pizza!!!

Seriously called in an order got routed to India, took 10 mins to order, showed up to pick up and they were 15 mins late and I watched my pizzas sit in boxes on counter for 10 mins before he would ring me up and then charged be 15 bucks more than the Indian told me they were and said sorry… ♂️

I have ordered so many times with no issue at all until recently. When I made my call it was so hard to communicate with the person because they kept cutting off and 99% of the time it sounded static. Eventually when I got my order I got plain bread. No cheese no nothing just plain bread. I called to try and complain but the person just said, “well it’s just bread” like no crap. I did not get any solution even when i tried calling. However i mainly blame the microphone call, sounded like they were talking through a potato. I had to tell them to repeat themselves more than 5 times. Big company and no good microphone.

Okay, so I don’t normally have a problem with papa John’s, but today I did. The delivery guy was very nice. I want to put that out there. It was the food. Firstly, my mom ordered the 10 piece unsauced wings. She got to eat 5 of them, but then she bit into one that was RAW! Gross. Second, I had a new York style pepperoni pizza, well done. I had three slices before it turned cold. I also found a hair cooked into the pepperoni on the slice I was about to eat. Very disappointing. Lastly, I ordered extra of the peppers they give u with your pizza. I only got one, that comes with the pizza, but when I ordered 3 extra last time, they gave me 20 so not sure on how they distinguish how many peppers to give. Like I said, usually they are good, but not this time.

The worst pizza in Russellville, almost $50 dollars for a large specialty pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza almost raw, wrong ingredients on it and had strange aftertaste.
I hadn’t eaten here in a while and remembered it being pretty good, after this experience I’ll never spend any more money here. Far better options for pizza in this area.
