I’ve been a loyal customer for decades. I adore your pizza. I think it’s the best in town. Your delivery service is so bad. They don’t answer when it’s very, very late. I hate this for you so much because I want nothing but the greatest success for you. Finding quality employees must be very difficult but there has got to be a way you can find good people and still make great money. It’s either that or we’re going to have to find alternatives.

Napoli On The Bay V is an all-around solid NY-style pizza place. I found it to be very similar to their location in the Pebblebrook plaza on the corner of Collier and Immokalee in both the food, decor and size. There are three tables at this location which seat four people each and a small bart top with 3 stools inside and a couple of tables outside. The model here is clearly takeout, but I was able to get a table and the service was good after ordering at the counter. Taste in pizza varies, so as a former New Yorker, I found it to be decent, but not top ten for me. Definitely recommend though for a quick slice or takeout pie.

Do not order the Chicken Parmesan Sub unless you like to spend $15 for frozen chicken patty on a 6inch hard bun!!
The restaurant smelled burnt and hurt my eyes to stay in the place while my food was being cooked. The pizza reminded me of the original Napoli on the Bay on 13th.. but the subs at the original restaurant were AMAZING!! Not like here .. unfortunately!!

Out of town and thought I’d try something different. Nothing special about the Italian Classic pizza. We ordered and paid for anchovys on half of it and they were left off. Didn’t realize it until we go home. I’d rather have Domino’s pizza over this place.

Napoli on the Bay has a new location in the former Mama Mia’s location next to Skyline Chili off 7th Ave North. It’s only a matter of time before folks figure out it’s one of the best places for slices & pizza in all of Naples. Delicious!

We just ordered our 4th and final order from Napoli on the Bay. It was half free because they sent us raw pizza the last 3 times so we kind of had to use the credit. They gave us raw pizza again and Hot Buffalo Wings with no sauce on them at all. I have no idea what’s wrong with this company. They have so much potential but zero quality control. We’re giving up on them.

Consistently good pizza, sometimes well done. Butt really a place to sit down and eat, more of a take out place

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Weren’t disappointed. Had a cheese pizza, knots and a veal sub. Food was very enjoyable. However, there was quite a language barrier with the first employee I spoke to. Was trying to order light sauce on both pizza and sub and once I spoke to another employee, they put in the order right. Excellent. Will be back.

I ordered a 12” medium artichoke pie and 1 garlic bread with cheese. This order was placed via Uber Eats.
I wasn’t informed that the company used their own delivery personnel until well after the order was placed. No biggie, I just couldn’t see when they were arriving.
I attempted to call them via the Uber Eats App, however, the phone number was wrong / disconnected.
I attempted to google them a few times but no luck (obviously I succeeded, finally).
The delivery guy arrived, he was very pleasant and polite. Once I saw the food, I was mortified that we spent that much money on slop. Highly dissatisfied considering the other reviews and Uber Eats listing them as “Hidden Gem”.
Grease / oil is soaked throughout the pizza, we ate one slice apiece upon arrival and it just fell apart completely it was so soggy. There wasn’t much of a taste to it either, all I could really pick up on was the almost burnt bottom of the pie.
The garlic bread followed pretty much the same. It was sub-style-bread with garlic, cheese, and maybe some seasoning. However, all I could taste was the burnt edges of the bread.
The picture was taken right after we tried to eat a slice. Ended up ordering from somewhere else, and this tire fire of a pizza was promptly placed in the garbage.

I dined in for the lunch special of 2 pizza slices and soft drink for $7.99. I asked if I could get one cheese and one sausage slice for an upcharge and that was my order at $9.99. Since the slices only had to be warmed up, it seemed to take an inordinately long time to receive my order. That was likely because the employee was on the phone and kept taking other calls while my order was warming in the oven. I finally received 2 slices of sausage pizza-not what I odered. So one sausage slice was taken back while the cheese slice prepared. The bottom crust of the sausage pizza tasted like over baked cardboard. The rest of the ingredients were not flavorful. My cheese slice arrived. The bottom crust was not as hard as the sausage slice, but still carboard-like and there was no gooey cheese. It seemed plastered onto the bottom crust.
A waste of calories and money.
