Genuinely tired of this specific place, It’s like they are rationing their food. I come here everyday (since it’s a 5 min drive) and leave disappointed every single time. It’s like they fill the spoon up and then shake off half of it when I order.. and they’re so eager to charge me extra as if they’re getting commission off it. Every worker here is on the same BS, it’s like they have a brief every morning ensuring they will cheap out on every meal served. I’m done. General manager better change things around before I freak out!

I usually have a good experience here but today did not live up to prior experiences. I decided to get lunch and sit in rather than sit in my car like I usually do. It was a busy time since it was the marines lunch hour so I knew there would be a bit of a wait. Not a problem. The issue came when I got to the counter. Who i assume was the shift lead today proceeded to have a VERY public negative interaction in the open facing kitchen I front of me after I ordered the steak bowl. The steak was out on the line so she huffed over to the hotbox and grabbed the one out of there then turned to the guy doing his work quietly and loudly told him multiple time that today was going to be his last day with a huge attitude. The guy, the girl at the register, and I were all taken aback. Then she came back over and switched the old container for the new one, sighed heavily and turned back to me. I don’t know if anyone has every said anything but in that moment I confronted her about her actions and said “don’t you think that was an extremely awkward interaction to have in front of a customer?” She didn’t bother to respond, put the meat in the bowl, and handed it off to the next person. I was made to feel highly uncomfortable as a customer expecting a appropriate interaction and profession behavior in what should be a profession atmosphere, even if it is a fast food location. Employee interactions should be handled in private not public. It didn’t make they guy look bad but it made the woman “helping” me look hideous and has reflected poorly on the qdoba brand. Who cares if your a franchise you still represent the company.

Went in a couple of days ago and was not greeted, and was met with crew members slamming utensils and not accommodating at all.
Coming from someone that is a customer service manager, I understand the frustration and the repetitiveness of working fast food especially. I know this location is literally not even a month from being open, so I am saying this with grace and no ill intent….
Update: 5-6 months later. The attitudes are still there. Charging extra for extra rice and beans is crazy. Being on a military base, you know we need proteins. Decided not to get extra steak because I got charged extra for beans and rice.

I went yesterday with my friends and overall we paid $21 for a meal that was not worth $21.
We weren’t greeted by any worker and all they asked was “hi what do you want”. The first girl we went to was fine and gave a respectful portion of rice for the meal. I asked if they had pinto beans and she automatically went ahead and put the black beans on my bowl. My friend who was with me she doesn’t like beans and the girl put black beans automatically on her bowl. The Second Lady who worked protein and sauces, she was agitated. You could tell she was having a rough day but was showing it on the food. When I asked for “extra” of something (because I noticed they were skimpy on the toppings) she looked at me weird. I asked for extra cheese and she just gave me a sprinkle. With the sour creme???? Why is it in a squirt tube???? I asked for extra and there was still like barely on it? I asked for more and she just looked at me weird. The Cojia cheese? (My apologies if I’m saying it wrong) she did a tiny pinch into my meal. Was not worth the money I spray for the amount of sauces. The queso cheese was also a bit watery. When my other friend who was in front of me asked to use rewards the lady goes “we’re a franchise so we won’t accept rewards”…. Which makes no sense… I been on my university campus for 5 years and they ALWAYS took the app…. She was also rude about it to my friend wanting to rush her. For the price of a bowl, cheese and chips and a drink I do NOT recommend. I won’t be coming back for a while only if I’m truly craving it….

Only reviewing because this is a new location which is already failing to understand that when a customer asks for double protein that means the 2nd scoop is the same amount as the 1st scoop. If youre going to charge extra for double protein thats fine, but don’t rob the customer of the amount. My 2nd scoop of protein was at most 75% of what I should have received based on the first scoop.
