Beautifully cooked food with strong and interesting flavours. Cannot recommend the food highly enough. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They knew enough English and we knew enough French to make everything work.
The setting and decor were cosy and inviting.
Price is as to be expected for a nice restaurant in this part of the world, not at all unreasonable given the quality of the food.

The actual food was not great and since this is a restaurant, it feels like food should be kinda important. I had the tataki to start and it was…cooked. Very cooked actually. Like full on cooked. For those who may not be familiar with tataki, its supposed to be practically raw. Then i had the mac and cheese and it had no taste at all. I added salt and pepper but this didnt improve it. The pasta was overcooked too and it was not even remotely cheesy, very disappointing. I told the waitress, but she charged me anyway. My friend had the burger, he said it was “ok”. I would not go back there unless they change the chef. I make better food at home and not willing to pay for worst food than mine. Basically, if you want to cheat on your partner, you don’t choose someone less attractive and this restaurant is really unattractive.
